Avoid this«shop» for inspection! The guy was on phone the entire time. Failed my car; wouldn’t interrupt call to explain the Fail, then when he did, he tried to solicit the business.(Much like Bill M.) He also told me I had 60 days, but for safety issue, it’s an immediate fix and do not drive. My mechanic fixed for $ 50 less than this guy offered. When I went back for recheck and told manager I was unhappy, didn’t want them to do anything more than put a Pass sticker on, he asked why. When I told him I’d be lodging complaint with Registry, he started yelling about how I «wanted to shut him down» then said I could make all the complaints I wanted and he would fail me again for the damage to my front bumper. Needless to say, I’ve made the initial complaint and will follow up with the manager’s extortion attempt and will pay for another sticker at another station.

You tell me if this is suspicious, my regular mechanic was on vacation so I took it to Sammy’s Auto service to get inspected at the BP station in Walpole home of Sammy’s Auto Service; the man behind the counter was unsociable and I think Race may have been an issue the way I was ignored, that being said another individual came in and said your vehicle failed the windshield wiper section I have some wipers I can put on for x dollars(very high)(now I had recently had new wipers put on this winter with all the snow we had and red flags went up everywhere. I said Fail me and I will go to another mechanic. I went down the street got new wipers brought it back to get my sticker and a man drove in behind me and as we chatted I discovered he too had failed the Wiper section also Hmmmmm attorney generals office will be getting a call on this one…
