Reflection Dental

This place is nothing less than amazing. I was in severe pain showed up w/​o an appointment and was taken in immediately. The entire staff is so kind and compassionate, I could not imagine going anywhere else. I truly recommend them to everyone in search of superb dental care.

WOW, Dr. Ngow is AMAZING!
To start off, I’ve been avoiding the dentist for about 8 years or so now. My last dentist experience was with another doctor and it was absolutely horrible so I was avoiding the dentist at all cost.
Thank God I found this place and found Dr. Ngow. He is very friendly and very very gentle. His staff is awesome too, all very nice and friendly.
My mom, dad and sister all come here for their dental work and I can see why our whole family gave them our business and trust.
I got my root canal done today and I didn’t feel a thing! I mean HOLY Shit!!! I didn’t feel anything. He was so gental. I love this dentist and everyone in this office. Now, instead of avoiding the dentist, I’m actually excited to go back and finally have healthy teeth.

I had the best dental experience at Reflection Dental. I’ll say first, I absolutely hate going to the dentist and usually put it off longer than I should, but now I think I’ll keep my visits more regular. Their equipment is state of the art, the dentist was gentle, as was his assistant and their pricing was super fair. I would highly recommend this fine establishment to anyone.

I don’t hate the dentists, but I do believe it’s difficult to find one that you like. Both the dentist and orthodontist here have great, friendly personalities, and both are very thorough at explaining things.
I’ve been to other dentistries that tried to sell me dental work that was way more than I needed. Reflection dental is not one of those.
Sadly, I don’t go here anymore because I moved out of the area, but I wish I did. My new dentist is awesome as well and she provides great patient information, but her teeth cleanings hurt like a mofo and my gums are sore for 30 minutes after a regular check-​up.
I don’t know how the dentist at reflection does it, but cleanings are minimally painful and I feel good after a visit. I also had two cavities filled here and it was relatively painless.
Great dentist, I would highly recommend to anyone I know.

This was the best dentist experience I’ve ever had. Dr. Ngow is very gentle when it comes to anesthesia and made sure that I did not experience very much pain. He made sure that I had no question about the procedure (was getting fillings).
The staff was also very kind to me as well making the experience that much more enjoyable. Would definitely recommend this place.

I’ve never been more comfortable going to dentist! Friendly, kind, and understanding employees and they were more than willing to help me feel comfortable in discussing the best treatment options. Dr. Kenvis is super gentle and lets you know what is exactly happening at all times. He had a TV screen at the front of your chair so that he could show you movie of you chioce. He was very generous with the anesthesia and was concerned about pain. His staff is great and very congenial and they remember your name when you step in.
This place is amazing and since I’ve been going here. Great DDS makes happy patients! I definitely recommend coming here!

I found this dentist from Unilocal and called them trying to find a same day opening for teeth cleaning. I live in diamond bar and 2 – 3 places I called or drove to were closed on Thursday. When i called Reflection they happened to have an opening right at that moment so I drove over. The receptionist was very nice and helpful. She looked up my insurance as I was driving over to make the process quick. She had the paperwork ready for me within the 5 minutes it took me to get there. The lady taking my x-​rays was very knowledgable and she seemed very experienced. My teeth cleaning was a great experience and I honestly haven’t ever actually felt a different after having a teeth cleaning, but I felt my teeth were smooth and clean looking. I would love to give this place 5 stars, but I’ve only been there once. I will be returning!

I highly recommend coming here for dental work. I live about 40 miles away and I still make the trek out here because they get the job done. I’ve been making the drive for many years now and I have no problems recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers.
The dentists are both knowledgeable and answer my questions and concerns. They prioritize patient comfort and perform every procedure with the utmost professionalism. I have never had a bad experience coming here. If you’re looking for a new dentist, this is the place to go!

I’ve been looking for a new dentist for a while to get away from my rip off dentist, Tri-​City Smiles in Hacienda Heights which has been stealing my money for years because I trusted in them when in fact they made me do several procedures that were expensive and unnecessary.
My boyfriend suggested coming here to Reflection Dental. They have a great referral program. I was his 3^rd referral so he now gets a free teeth whitening procedure. By referring me, I was also given the choice of either customized whitening trays or $ 50 any procedures.
Everyone who works here is really friendly. Appointments are very easy to make and you can get same week appointments usually when you call. If you sign up for emails you don’t even have to get phone calls from them. When it’s two days before your appointment, you get an email asking you to confirm.
The dental assistants Arlene and Destiny are very helpful. Hope those are their names! Arlene explained all my charges to me for the fillings I needed and explained what my insurance would cover ahead of time.
Dr. Ngow is the dentist that I went with. He is very friendly and PAINLESS! In the past, I’ve always dreaded the numbing needle, and while it’s still not my favorite thing, he has a delicate touch and I swear I barely felt a thing when it went in!
Reasonably priced, friendly, and I have NEVER waited more than 1 minute and I’ve gone there 3 times now! Highly recommended!

Absolutely the best dentist. Up to date with the latest techniques, he does the most thorough deep clean ever, and is very reasonable with price if insurance doesn’t cover it. I am now recomending Dr. Ngow to everyone.

Going to the dentist is always tough but I highly recommend Dr. Ngow and his staff for the excellent service they provide. It’s hard to find someone with a light touch but I was in the clinic yesterday for several fillings and it was the most painless dental appointment I’ve been to. The idea of getting shots especially in my mouth is something I dread but Dr. Ngow has a very light hand. It is now my family dental clinic of choice.

I LOVE my orthodontist, yes I do! Dr. Ngo and Dr. Lee owns this community dental office in Walnut and they are some of the nicest, most hard-​working, dedicated people around. The ladies that work at the front are super friendly and super helpful.
I’ve been going here for about 2 years now, and last year I decided to «bite the bullet» literally and get them damn braces so that I can have perfect teeth. Call me shallow, but a girl’s gotta have a gorgeous smile, not that my smile was not already gorgeous. –wink–
Dr. Lee spend alot of time answer my millions of questions and making sure that I get exactly what I want. Once I got them on, she really takes her time everytime I come in for my adjustment visit and does a great job. It’s been 7 mths since I got them on, and my teeth is soooo much straighter now, woohoo!
