PLASTIC FAB and FORMING will assist with all of your fabrication needs. For more than 25 years, the company has created a wide range of products in an even wider range of sizes. Examples include domes that range from 2″ in diameter to 96″ in diameter. Plastic Fab and Forming has for years, specialized in the lamp and lighting industry and has created and installed countless commercial projects for hotels, casinos, and restaurants. Management’s vast experience and expertise is of great benefit to its customers and clients and enables them to take their unique lighting applications from concept to completion to installation.

Plastic Fab and Forming uses only the highest quality cast and extruded Acrylic materials. It offers a wide selection of Alabaster-​like finishes and colors — including white — stock #2447 (020) and #7328 (015) — the two most popular selections. Clear and translucent materials are also available, leading the way to create a frosted or «lalique-​look» through sandblasting.

Established in 1987.

Aquarius Mirrorworks was founded in 1987, making home décor and working with retailers in the home furnishing industry. We have since then expanded and evolved into Plastic Fab Forming, where we specialize in manufacturing plastic/​acrylic products for every need.

Meet the Business Owner

Darrell D.

Business Owner

Darrell De Fazio is the founder and creator of Aquarius Mirrorworks dba Plastic Fab and Forming. His experience comes from working alongside his own father in the family business owning a furniture store (Crossroads Furniture) that was located in Whittier, as well as two gift stores that were located in the Puente Hills Mall and the Glendale Galleria. Darrell started off as a delivery driver and gained first hand knowledge working directly with customers and meeting their needs. He advanced quickly in the family business as he saw the potential for his future by manufacturing his own merchandise. After running and operating the family business and managing all aspects of it, he ventured out on his own, thus creating Aquarius Mirrorworks.
