In 2012, Joe founded ListingEx​ec​u​tives​.com, a real estate company that exists solely to provide novel cost-​saving programs focused on lowering the cost of selling or buying a home. The home seller is invited to take advantage of an ultra-​low listing commission fee program designed to sell the home quickly while preserving the seller’s equity. The home buyer is invited to take advantage of the Cash Back Rebate Program and receive a substantial cash rebate on the purchase of a new home.

If you are looking and planning to buy a home in the near or not so near future, you must call call Joe and Nuria, the real dream team. These two will make sure you are happy and comfortable with your new purchase. They asked many questions to make sure they knew exactly what I was looking for, even things I had not thought of. They showed me only properties that fit my criteria; I loved that, no time wasted. Overall they made my experience fun and stress free. Joe and Nuria became my friends, they will be invited to my house warming party. They were able to negotiate a 329,000 home to 320,000! I did not think I would be able to buy a home by myself. If you are not sure about qualifying, give them a call. They have the best resources.
