History

Established in 2003.

American Transit Systems, Inc. (ATS) is a woman-​owned, privately-​held California Corporation, with headquarters in the City of Walnut, California. ATS is a full-​service, value-​added transportation provider offering services throughout Southern California. We are currently transporting approximately 8,000 passengers per month. Our drivers and our constant attention to training, safety, vehicle preparation, and maintenance are some of the reasons for ATS’s success and exceptional safe-​driving record. ATS has been providing services in the private sector for the past twelve years with great success.

American Transit Systems is licensed by the California Public Utilities Commission, and has a TCP Permit, which allows the company to operate statewide.
