Food was great. But the service at the drive up window needs help. People need to speak and repeat the order not just hand you the food.

This is The Most Discuisting fast food experience I’ve Ever had!!! I had gone out of my way and put this Wendy’s in my GPS just to get there. But when I got there to order their $ 4 for 4 meal. I thought the cashier was acting a lil suspicious. But little did I know. the crew had put a huge spit-ball wad of drinking-straw wrappers in my French fries I had even threw it into my mouth! When I realized I couldn’t bite down all the way. at first I thought it was a burnt fry. But when I took it out of my mouth it was a Huge lump of slobbered on straw wrappers that some puke must have been chewing on. I seriously don’t think these guys take their job seriously. Also .when I had asked for bbq sauce for my nuggets. They gave me sweet and sour sauce! And only One measly napkin. Seriously the Worst fast food experience Ever!!! I went through the drive through 4:30−5pm on Tuesday the 12th of January. Hopefully they re-hire more respectful workers!

Hey Wendy, I think I like you! I usually go through the drive thru. I always get the baked potato and the chili. Oh yea, and the cheeseburger deluxe as well. Yea!!! Otherwise, standard Wendy’s here. If y’all hungry, they open late.

WENDYS is the best fast food restaurant around. The reason — The Frostys. Obviously these are legendary. This Wendy’s is right off contra costa blvd by the freeway.

I really hate to be the person who complains about fast food, but honestly the service here was so horrible I don’t think I’ll come back. I would come to this wendys specifically for a number four(BACONator with fries and a medium diet coke) and have never had a problem until today. My boyfriend went and got my order and when i went to eat it, the BACONator didn’t have any bacon on it. As ridiculous as it sounds I literally took apart my burger looking for the bacon to see if they at least gave me one piece, but there wasn’t any. It wasn’t even the baconator, it was some measly cheeseburger. My boyfriend called back and Patty answered the phone, he had to call back three times because she said the phone was breaking up and when she finally could hear him she asked for the receipt number. We threw away the receipt because it’s a fast food receipt, no one we know ever keeps those but okay Patty. She asked my boyfriend twice what time he came so she could check the orders then we heard in the background that she asked the workers if anyone ordered our order and they all said no. Hmmmm maybe because it wasn’t rung up as a baconator probably, that’s why we didn’t get bacon and they«don’t remember» it? At first my boyfriend guessed around an hour and a half ago, then she asked a second time and by then he had been on the phone for an absurd amount of time so he said no longer than three hours ago and patty replied something along the lines of «oh but earlier when I asked you said you JUST left» which 1) he never said that, and 2) are you really trying to catch us in a lie over this… Then she was in a rush to get him off the phone and said she’d give him a free baconator but didn’t bother to take a name or phone number or anything. Bottom line it was just sloppy and rude and rushed customer service. Anyway, not coming back to this Wendy’s anymore unfortunately. Again, I hate being that person complaining about anything fast food related but this was just really annoying to have to deal with. And we paid for something we didn’t even get — Wendys on north main st. in walnut creek got our money but we didn’t get what we ordered. Thanks.

Wow. What an experience! This Wendy’s is super clean and friendly! Jason is one of the best I have seen in customer service in my ten years in the customer service industry! I have been to many restaurants including the very expensive ones and this is the best service hands down! He really cares about the customer even if this is not his career path, his attitude will get him far! One of the reasons why I come back to this location when I visit family even though I live in San Francisco! Headquarters will hear about this! KEEPITUPJASON!

I really do hope management does review posts by their customers! Today Sunday June 21, 2015 my husband and I stopped by this particular Wendy’s location after a long day @ Solano Swap meet. I would like to recognize your employee«Colt» for his Outstanding presence when it comes to interaction with customers. This young man needs to be approached by management team and given a Huge Thank You for his hard work service to the Wendy’s Family. Because of his genuine service to our dining experience we will make another visit on our next weekend off. Thank you Colt for bringing positive fast food experience dining to the NEXT level. :)

Service was so rude yesterday in the drive-through. Lady was mean for no reason and gave me my drink with the lid not all the way on causing it to spill all over me.

Bought the new Jalapeño Fresco Spicy Chicken sandwich($ 4.99) and the Ghost Pepper Fries($ 1.99). Both are very good! The spicy sauce is on the chicken sandwich and it does have a kick to it; the chicken piece is also large and very good. The fries are great and not spicy even though they do have some of the sauce on them. For the price it’s great! Enjoy it.

This place tastes like poop. I love right down the street! Today I was on my way to habit burger and walked past Wendy’s and as I got to the driveway of Wendy’s I threw up! Just from the smell of it! How could any human, ever, consume such a discussing smelling greasy thing?! Not to mention the finger a lady found in her chilli 8 yrs ago. Seriously I barfed in the driveway of Wendy’s. Then I went and ate habit burger.

Last two times I’ve gone here… Food was cold. Granted, it was drive through, but I only live 5 minutes away. Oh, and the cheese wasn’t melted… At all, so the food probably wasn’t that hot to begin with. Maybe the microwaves there need to be adjusted? Not sure, but I’ve had my last cold meal from there… Except those frosties… They are great… But they’re supposed to be cold.

I have lived in the area 6 months and visited this«resturant» twice. Neither time have they gotten my order correct. Not little«oh there is ketchup on here and I asked for no ketchup.» Things like«I ordered a burger, but this bun has no meat on it» type screw ups. I know it isn’t a glamorous job, but neither is it a difficult one. If I am spending 7 dollars on something I am going to regret in an hour, I will do it somewhere else, where at least I will be regretting what I ordered.

This was honestly the best fast food experience I’ve ever received. The management on hand during my visit was the most professional and provided the best customer services I’ve ever received from a restaurant, let alone a fast food restaurant. I didn’t get his name but I was astounding on how caring and courteous he was. He defiantly took pride in his position and store, very admirable of any position no matter what establishment. If I’m ever in town and craving a Son of Baconator again, or any other fast food for that matter, I will definitely head to this location!

I enjoy the convenience of being able to purchase a late night meal or snack before 2:00 a.m. Last night I purchased the new BBQ cheese fries for my wife. She thoroughly enjoyed it. I usually purchase the Son of Baconator hamburger for myself and I’m always satisfied. The drive through service is very efficient and accurate at this franchise. I recommend this Wendy’s franchise for good quality fast food, efficient service, and late night availability when other locations are closed.

Clean and remodeled. A lot of choices. I had a BBQ chicken salad. It was good and filling. Service was quick and our order was almost 100% right. They gave my daughter fries instead of apples, like she asked for. No biggie she ate them anyway.

Wendy’s has tasty food. I like a #1ADDBACON. Which adding bacon will cost you extra… that;s fine. What isn’t fine is pulling away from their horrible placed drive-thru and getting to my burger to realize that there isnt ANY bacon on the burger. WHY? and if any of you have used the drive-thru here, you know that its useless trying to go back through it for bacon. And this has happened to me at least twice. I guess everyone behind me will be waiting from now on for me to check and see if my bacon(that I pay extra for) is on my burger… Are they just in so much of a hurry that they arent paying attention to a special order? It wasnt even busy on that day!

My son wanted Fries. He has to also eat a cheeseburger with his fries at lunch. He cant just have an all carb lunch. The window person was so absolutely sweet. I think he was the manager. They were super fast at lunch time and had everything timed perfectly. Fries were ok but the bun on his burger was really good. He ate it up!

I live with a French Fry addict. Seriously, we get fries 2 or 3 times a week. Wendy’s is his current go-to, so we’ve gotten pretty familiar with this joint over our summer in CA. Here are my thoughts: The plus side is that the fries are consistently hot and crisp! Whomever is in charge of the kitchen knows their stuff. Due to a mistake by a cashier, we were overcharged by a lot. Instead of $ 4.50, we were charged $ 45.00. The transaction was canceled, but it took a few days to show up on the card as canceled(–1.) But, whatever people make mistakes. We went two days ago, and the young man over the drive through asked for our order. I started to talk, and I was cut off by him talking to another customer(once again, understandable.) I had a couple more false starts before finally getting through. I won’t lie, by my 4th time, I was kind of annoyed and it probably was clear from my tone. When I pulled up to the window? I was met by a sullen, angry-eyed kid. He didn’t say a word to me, just shoved my bag at me and glared. Super rude(–1.) Tl;dr– The fries are always hot, but the service is cold.

HELLO, MYNAMEISFROSTY! Several years ago I worked at Camp Hammer in the Santa Cruz Mountains. All of the staff were given camp names to use for the summer with the kids and other staff. The names were assigned to us — we didn’t get to pick them ourselves. I was given the name Frosty. I believe this happened because in my camp application I had mentioned how much I love eating the Frozen Dairy Dessert from Wendy’s: aka The Frosty! This Wendy’s wasn’t far from my parent’s house, where I lived from 1989 to sometime in the 2000s. My parents liked to cook dinner at home, and I didn’t eat a lot of fast food, but I camp here countless times over the years for the dessert and sometimes a baked potato with chili. I like their tiny side salads too. They have a good value menu and it has a few healthier options. That’s nice. They cleaned the place up a couple years back — redid everything and it looks very nice. I think that was around the time the talk of In N Out coming to the area was starting. Smart decision! This Wendy’s looks great and service is still just as friendly as ever.
