Dr. Wong may have a successful practice, however there are many short comings.
1) I was on time but I waited in the waiting. I waited in the examination. The wait after having my x-​rays done would be of course expected they have to be processed then reviewed by the doctor.
2) For an orthopedic office it was cold.
3) For a ortho practice the examination rooms were poorly designed, there were no help bars to get up or down. A poor step stool difficult to move around and use. The xray a layout table had sharp edges and uncomfortable to get on and off of the table.
4) The Doctor was short and curt, she gave me instructions for physical therapy and left. I wanted to ask the doctor what could have been some of the possible causes of my injuries, so as to try to avoid doing it again.
5) I asked the aid to ask I I could ask my questions and through the door I heard the doctor admonishing the aid to never let a patient do that again.
