My review is for the Yoga Heart class taught by Mia Taylor. Basically, Mia IS yoga. If I were a lesbian or a man, I would have a huge crush on Mia. She really makes this a wonderful experience for me. I come away so refreshed after yoga. Her voice is very calming and sexy, and her moves are so graceful and inspiring. Today after class I walked out and said to the lady walking out next to me that I have never talked to before, «Isn’t she great.» And she said, «Yes, she is so good. I want to BE HER.» And I agree, I want to be like Mia.
