I would give 5 negative stars if I could. I have NEVER written a review before because I’ve NEVER been this irritated. Every time I try to get ahold of their pharmacy(for the last four years) I end up just giving up and having to go in person(which is a horribly lame experience in and of itself). No one ever answers their phone. I just waited on hold for a half an hour only to have them hang up on me once the phone actually started ringing. Then it happened two more times. I’ve tried the drive through a few times in the past and thrown in the towel on that every time because I’ve never waited less than 45 minutes. I don’t know if they are disgustingly understaffed or if they simply scour the face of the earth in search of the dumbest, most incredibly incompetent employees they can possibly find, but whatever it is I will NEVER go back there. I hope everyone else feels the same way I do so someone even remotely less dysfunctional can take their place.

I just moved near this store, had prescriptions transferred, one was not filled, called to find out what happened. Pharmacist Cindy sd Walgreens doesn’t carry what doctor wrote for, they fax’d office to inform, no reply. I asked her to follow up, find out why they don’t carry what I need, could it be ordered, etc. She explained she is not looking into this further…“final answer.” I asked if she thought this was«Who Wants to be a Millionaire.» When I asked for name, employee #, she only gave first name. I was honest, matter-of-fact in the asking — that I would be calling corporate office. She didn’t seem to care. Years back if someone said«final answer» to a customer their job may be in jeopardy. I don’t want anyone’s job to be at risk but really! This set some kind of record for poor customer service. I might have to exclude Comcast from that though.

Worst pharmacy ever. Waiting for 20 mins on drive-thru to give the prescription, and then took another 10 mins to come to the window. When he came, he asked me to wait for another 30 mins for a simple freakin medication. came back after 30 mins and I’ve been on window for 10 mins, and all I have gotten is «be right with you». Mind you, I’m not blaming employees here, since they seem to be working but management should fix, whatever resource shortage pr process breakdown they have. Ridiculous.

Pharmacy!!! Worst service ever! Called to speak with pharmacist. Placed on hold for more than 40 min just to be hung up on. Called back. No one ever responded even though there was only«one caller ahead«. I drove there instead! They make so much money filling rx’s. How about staffing your pharmacy with more pharmacists since demand is so high for rx’s!!! Zero stars if that were an option!

Took an hour waiting in line to get a prescription(which was ready). Totally inefficient and a complete waste of time.

I have never been treated so badly at a pharmacy before now. The only reason why I go here is for my mom. The staff makes you feel so degrading when the speak to you. Then they don’t know how to use the cash register most of the time. One time a lady was helping me and went to go get my mom’s meds and the other staff member seen her helping me and walked up and started helping another customer. The lady comes back and says hey I was helping this lady you just cleared my stuff on the register. The guy said you were taking to long. I was like wow so since my mom had a tons of meds since she was just released from the he Hospital from a major surgery it took me one and half hours at the register. I do not recommend this pharmacy to no one.

I am 9 months pregnant and needed to use the restroom and the Asian women told me no. I don’t care if it’s pass 10 when a women is 9 months pregnant let her use the restroom I will absolutely never in life let her forget that! Every time I go in there she will be cussed out!!! I was amazed that they made me walk to Starbucks instead of giving me code. Horrible customer service karma is a Bit@&!!!

This place has the worst pharmacy ever, they tell you they will call when prescription is ready but neglect to tell you that you have to request the call back option in their system. So this resulted in me needing to call in to check if my prescription was ready. I spent 45 minutes on hold, finally reaching the 1st caller for the last 25 minutes. I assume they just don’t answer their phones though and that the other callers ahead of me simply grew impatient and hung up. So I called and selected customer service and asked to speak to the manager, what a joke customer service is. I was put on hold for another 10 minutes and then they hung up on me. So I called back and finally spoke to Roger the manager, he said he didn’t know what was going on at the pharmacy(don’t you just love it when the manager doesn’t know what is going on in his own store!). Roger told me he would transfer me over there and would immediately walk over and ensure they answer right away. Guess what, 10 minutes later and no pick up. I assumed that I had been transferred about the store without any human picking up. So I called back customer service and no one picked up for 10 minutes… really??? No one answering customer service!!! In the end I walked to the store to grab my preacription and waited in line 10 minutes to get it. So long Walgreens… you just lost a very regular customer we will now be using CVS!

This review is for the pharmacy. My girlfriend is right out of surgery so we came from pain management Doctor straight to Walgreens with her prescription. They refused to fill it because of other meds she is on that her doctor is aware of. Then the pharmacist started interrogating her on how many she had previously had, how often ect. I ended up taking prescription back and taking it to another pharmacy. This place is a fucking joke. They try to play doctor and tell you what you can and can’t have. I hope she is reading this. If she is, fuck you! The store itself was great besides the pharmacy. Now they have gotten rid of their security guy. My girlfriend has been harassed 2 times since he left. We will no longer shop here until they get their security back.

I like that this is one of the few stores in the area that is open 24⁄7. They have enough every day items that you can go here in a pinch or at odd times during the night or even on holidays.

The only 24 hour pharmacy in town! :-(. Forget about customer service, or friendly staff… Neither at the pharmacy nor at other counters in the store. The pharmacy staff and the pharmacist are not customer friendly, it seems as if the whole store is angry that they are here 24 hours a day. While being ignored with a pharmacy prescription to drop off, I called CVS down the street… They closed in 20 minutes so I had no choice but to stay here and endure. You have to wait in lines for 15 mins to drop off the script, they say 20 – 25 mins to get ready. After 50 mins from drop off(65 mins in the store) I asked if they call out when prescription is ready. They said mine was ready and pointed me to the same line I waited in to drop off the script. Another 15 mins in line… Horrible place, poorly run… and rude staff Give me an alternative and I’d never return… They operate as if they know there’s no where else to go

This location is convenient and open 24 hours but is so slow and has poor customer service. There was 1 person going between the drive through pharmacy and the front desk and 5 people in line waiting. The kid screaming somewhere in the store expressed my sentiments exactly.

Some good things can go bad. In this case, the initial 24 hour availability of Walgreens Pharmacy high has turned into a low:( Low point #1: Being open 24⁄7 brings with it some, shall we say, more undesirable clientele, bringing with it problems that didn’t previously exist, thus segwaying to… Low point #2: Big and burley security guard who needs to glare at everyone as they enter, at the registers, and throughout the store in the name of loss prevention. Necessary, but scary nonetheless. Low point #3: Understaffed pharmacy(1 pharmacist and 1 cashier?!), possibly to cut the cost of being open 24/7, has the once friendly pharmacists overworked and not so happy(my favorite pharmacist was the lass from Ireland, who is so busy, she no longer has time to chat), thus segwaying to… Low point #4: Looonnnggggg waits to drop off a prescription. Loooonnngggg waits to pick up a prescription. This makes for cranky and unhappy customers who tend to regularly complain in line(we were told by staff to call the corporate office since Walgreens listens to their customers), thus segwaying to… Low point #5: That drive through pharmacy window that everyone likes? Well, that’s just one of the causes of the loooonnnggg line inside. Guess who gets served first? The drive through! With only one person on the register, she must take care of customers both inside AND outside. *Tip: I’ve found that if I call in my order, then call back a few hours later to re-confirm, I only have to stand in the interminable line, skipping the long processing wait. Or maybe next time, I’ll just use the drive through window.

Bad experience. Stock employee complained I was messing his shelves and demanded I stop while shopping. Would not recommend shopping here. I’ll take my business to CVS down the road.

The pharmacy process is so slow and they giving you hard time to process your medicine. You have to stay in a long row then they say ur medicine gets ready in 30 minutes. The worst is when ur medicine is ready n no one let u kno. So technically it is. Really time consuming process

I come here because it’s the only pharmacy in the area that takes my medical insurance. The staff is very friendly. However the pharmacy is under staffed. I have to wait in long lines at the drive through window and inside the store. When ever I call on the phone for the pharmacy, there is a long wait to talk to someone as well.

Crazy — the pharmacy gets slower and slower. 15 minutes in line. Ten more minutes waiting for someone to process a co-pay card. Ten minutes of «processing» only to be told they can’t process it. So, I say I’ll pay cash. Fifteen minutes later I’m still waiting to pay so I can go home .: ugh

No one is on the corner of Happy & Healthy in this ridiculous line! 20 minutes have passed & there’s still 4 people in front of me picking up prescriptions. Every time I have come here, its been a long process, but this takes the cake. The checkers at the pharmacy are either far too slow or their computers are, but Walgreen’s should fix the problem if they continue to use the catch phrase, «at the corner if happy & healthy» False advertising at its finest!

Ended up coming here to get a supplement that I needed, I was an out of town traveler. The natural markets were all closed. A nice lady helped me who appeared to look asian, I didn’t get her name, but she helped me save like $ 24! She was not lazy, very informative and helpful. I really liked her and she really cared about helping people save. Best walgreens employee I have ever met at any branch in the whole country. She should be promoted to manager. Wish I remembered her name. Thanks for the good customer service.

I dislike this Walgreens. I’ve had too many bad experiences to recount and regale. With the volume of prescription drugs that they distribute, I’d expect a better organized staff. There are some gems, though. The pharmacy staff are mostly helpful – especially the guy who remembers my name.(Sorry that I have forgotten yours – I’ll do better). I’ve changed my pinion and awarded you more stars, Walgreens. Cheers, pharmacy.
