Vespa Walnut Creek

This was a great shop. I bought a Vespa there, but they are now closed. Visit their Rockridge location instead.

I bought a vespa from Michael at Walnut creek last week. My schedule is crazy and he was amazingly flexible with me. He even came in on a Sunday (which normally they are closed on) and delivered my Vespa. It was a blast driving home! I bought the 2012 LXV. Great service and great attitude!!! I will recommend fully!
In a sad side not… The same day I brought it home my pops who was visiting from Ohio decided it would be a good idea at 61yrs of age to try to ride a vespa. Well sad to say he dumped it!!! I contacted Vespa WC and told them the sad story and Michael immediatley jumped into action. He cam over to my home and picked it up for bodyshop repair. They are part of Rockridge Vesp who has a certified bodyshop for Vespas and within 1 day the Vespa was there and the insurance company was contacted and I was assured it will be «good as new» (which it is anyway with only 22 miles on it). Thanks to Michael and his team at Vespa WC and rockridge two-​wheels. I look forward to a long relationship with these guys!

I absolutely love this place. Super knowledgeable and helpful staff. Anyone who cares about the environment but can’t stand the limitations of pubic transportation in the Bay Area should think about getting a scooter and anyone who gets a scooter should get one from these guys.

I came here yesterday to buy a scooter… like I was soooo ready.
I found one… a green Kymco that they had which was on sale. I told the chick that I wanted to test drive it – I whipped out my M1 license and was ready to drive (and pay on the spot if I liked it) but when she tried to turn it on, it wouldn’t start. She said to come back tomorrow while she charges the battery. She KNEW the battery was dead because she said it had been sitting there for «some time».
I told her I did not live here and that I live in Napa. She said I should have called first. Well… I DID… but this shop doesn’t open until 1PM and I was already on my way to Walnut Creek.
Pretty lame shop.
Must be nice to open up at 1pm on most days… but sucky for people who are ready to purchase.
But really — they didn’t deserve my business with that kind of hours and with a dead battery in one of their scoots.
And onto the next one…

I bought a Vespa from Vespa Walnut Creek a few years ago, and I was blown away by the friendly and knowledgeable staff. Recently, someone tried to steal my beloved Vespa. Fortunately, they were unsuccessful, however they did manage to damage the key hole. I called the store today to ask them about repairs and the guy working there generously offered to pick up my Vespa from my house today after work to take it back to the shop for repairs! Who does that these days? In fact, he sounded like he was ready to pick it up at the time I called if he wasn’t the only one in the store at the time. I’m really pleased with the service at Vespa Walnut Creek, and would recommend anyone who is interested in purchasing a Vespa, to go there! Keep up the great work!

I LOVE these guys! I moved here in Aug & decided it would be a good (and fun) idea to buy a vespa, I went to a few dealers (SF & one out by Napa) but it was Kristin that sold me on my 150. Iv’e had my bike serviced at the Rockridge location and highly recommend checking them out when your looking for a bike. Not only am I a proud Vespa owner, but Iv’e made some great friends through the rides organized by the shop. When its time to upgrade I will happily go back to WC Vespa!

I’ve been into this store about five times now as I waver on which scooter to purchase They are always patient, they answer my questions, and they aren’t applying any pressure whatsoever. Why should they? With the price of gas, these scooters are getting scooped up as quickly as they arrive at the store! Anyway, these guys are nice, and really take the time to answer ALL of the questions, and to offer solutions without pressure. Check this store out when you’re ready to swap your 15 mpg vehicle for one that does better than 60 mgp! It’s a quick 20 minutes from Oakland straight out Highway 24. These are the same guys who own and run Rockridge Two Wheels. Kevin, Derragh, and the others are all great! If you live in Oakland Check out their store at the top of College Avenue just down from Broadway. The WC store seems to have a bigger selection of scooters on display, but the Oakland store has a lot in the storage area. Check it out!
