True Elegance Walnut Creek Limousines & Party Buses

This company was terrible to deal with. They knew the road well enough to try to up-​sell us on a different vehicle but not well enough to schedule enough time to get there. They show up late and then try to make up the time so we aren’t as late. Three of our party threw up from motion sickness from the ride. The first one to get sick threw up in a cup as the car was stopping but a small amount got in the drink area. The driver didn’t have anything to clean it up with and said she’d handle it. We would have cleaned it up if she had paper towels or wipes.
When we got back from the first tasting she informed us that we’d be charged a $ 500 fee because of the vomit. For her to tell us this in the middle of the trip riled everyone up. On a day we should have been celebrating future nuptials we are fighting about the price. We called her boss and he was very rude and made it out to be our problem. He treated us like we were drunk and should be punished. We weren’t drunk. We were motion sick because of poor driving. He said that he could drop the fee if we tipped her an additional $ 150 because of her inconvenience (she puked when cleaning it up too). This all seems very shady. The amount of time we spent fighting over the puke plus the time we spent waiting for the driver cut into our day and we could only go to two of the three wineries.
The original fee was explained in terms of the breakdown of what they’d have to do — defumigating the car and deep cleaning of the carpets but there were no carpets! When we got back in the car there was still puke in the drink holders and still puke on the contents of the drink bin. We paid extra money basically because she puked but we also puked, through no fault of our own.

I booked a wine tour service for my cousins 21^st birthday and it was amazing! When speaking to the dispatchers I knew I picked the right limo service because of their professionalism and how well they followed up. Our driver Shawn was beyond what we could ask for in a driver. He was on time, well dressed, and the car was squeaky clean! Also he was very knowledgeable as to which wineries were best to go to. I highly recommend True Elegance Limousines for anybody looking to tour the Napa Valley wineries. They definitely live up to the name True Elegance; keep up the good work !
