Dr. Behmand, as well as his staff, are outstanding. Ashley, his patient coordinator, could not be nicer. She makes you feel comfortable, answers all questions big or small and she has a way about her that makes you feel like she’s rooting for you. Very supportive.
Dr. Behmand, quite simply, is the best cosmetic surgeon out there. I will never go anywhere else and would always be quick to recommend him. His bed side manor is exceptional. When he meets with you before hand at his office, he gives you his full attention. He’s not distracted, he’s focused on you and I always leave feeling very happy with my choices. In terms of the procedures I have had done, he has always taken his time so that things were right. It’s never a rush, he works on each individual until he is happy with the results. He has given me back the confidence you can lose after children. And all along the way, he too is rooting for you.
I also love the fact that he’s not out to sell more stuff to you that you don’t really need. Many times he has told me certain things were not necessary. He has never pushed anything on me. I so appreciate and value his comments. My husband would also agree with me, as he is thrilled with my results, thanks to Dr. Behmand.

Choosing a plastic surgeon is an overwhelming task; you have the whole world to choose from and I conversed with some both locally, within the U.S. and abroad. Hundreds meet the criteria of being board certified, so what makes any one of those hundreds the one for you?
Intuition. Dr. Behmand felt ‘right’ before I met him. He is an artist before he is a surgeon, which becomes obvious with the time taken to listen to your needs and observe your concerns. You can almost see his artistic eye working; and know you can trust his recommendation. For me, his recommendation was a path I wasn’t warm towards, but I trusted his vision and went with it. And now that the swelling is subsiding, I’m sooo glad I did.
I sailed through a 4 hour mini facelift/​fat grafting surgery with only the slightest bruise. I needed pain medication for just one day. I’m taking trips to the store, without makeup, four days post op. Yes I have swelling, but this is to be expected. My stitches are healing flawlessly and I feel great.
His office staff is exceptional, and do use them as much as you need. They were my life line after surgery, and at every step they are very, very supportive.
I highly, highly recommend Dr. Behmand for surgical cosmetic procedures. I am very grateful that after a world search, the right surgeon for me was at my door step.

Dr Behmand is board certified, has hospital privileges in bay area, operates in a safe accredited surgical center next to John Muir Hospital; he listens to concern and suggestion from the patients stand point, not pushy to do multiple procedure same time, delivers outstanding aesthetic results with minimal scarring. His staff are well educated in every surgical procedures, and they make sure tutoring patients before and after surgery. I have seen many of his surgical works from patients coming to our clinic, or refereed to him, and with no exception every one loves his work. We are lucky that our aesthetic patients don’t have to travel to Southern California or Beverly Hills to achieve the best outcome.

I was looking for a plastic surgeon who is also an artist, patient, and honest. I feel blessed to know Dr. Ramin Behman. Im loving what he did to my face and I will definitely refer him to my family, love ones and everybody !
He’s really easy to talk to and I felt comfortable enough to talk to him about what was bothering me. He made me feel good about myself. He’s the best in what he does.

After years of hearing my mother complain about how unhappy she was with her eyes I suggested the idea of actually doing something cosmetically about it. With her blessing I scheduled two consultations.
The first one was with Dr Behmand, during our consultation he answered all our questions and concerns, he went in great detail about the procedure. He’s extremely intelligent and down to earth a huge plus! He showed us pictures of his previous work, to say we were impressed would be an understatement! He’s truly a perfectionist! I knew he was the surgeon who would achieve the results my mother was hoping for, we booked the surgery that day.
Well here we are 6 days post surgery and her eyes look amazing! She has slight swelling and almost no bruising, her recovery has been surprisingly easy, she hasn’t had the need to take a single pain pill! we know that’s thanks to Dr Behmand being experienced, gentle, and precise. I cannot say enough good things about Dr Behmand, he runs a great team! Durning our journey we never felt alone, Ashley called the following day to check up and encouraged us to call if we had any concerns or questions.
After having the pleasure of witnessing his work first hand, I’m convinced that he will be my surgeon for my MOmmy makeover, in the very near future!

After consulting 4 surgeons I choose Dr. Behmand to perform a tummy tuck (with recommended flank lipo), breast aug, and hernia repair.
I choose him because he was able to perfrom the hernia repair himself, was willing to do all of the procedures at once, didn’t use drains, was able to work with my insurance, and the before and after pictures on his website were amazing. It felt silly relying so much on the before and after pictures, and you should definitely ask any surgeon what he thinks your results will be, but without a referral it helped a lot to weed out different surgeons. I assume surgeons put their best pictures up and if you don’t like those pictures, you can’t expect your results to be any better.
Dr. B is also very gentle, confident, experienced, and what I call «no-​nonsense.» I read horror stories about managing all sorts of pills, drains, massages, walkers, etc. He gave me exactly 2 prescriptions, pain meds and nausea (for just in case). He didnt sell or insist on all the popular supplements. He also let me pick whatever size implant I wanted. Some doctors wouldn’t go more than a very modest size (275ish) based on measurements they took. Dr. B recommended a size that I could go up to and still look natural (425), and I choose a size a bit smaller with something I was more comfortable with (350).
I was super nervous before the surgery, but when Dr. B came in to do my markings before being wheeled off I suddenly felt much better. He was all smiles and made a few jokes, which I probably would have appreciated more if my stomach didn’t feel all twisted in knots. Several nurses all talked about how meticulous he is and what a great job he does.
Recovering from the anesthesia had to be the hardest part of the whole thing. But the recovery nurses at the surgery center were great and didn’t push me to go before I was ready. He had recommended this extended release pain medicine that the surgery center charged extra for (experidol?), and I think that made a big difference in the overall recovery. I wasn’t really in too much pain and was able to wean off the pain meds in about 3 – 4 days. (those doing a tummy tuck, get an electric recliner or lift chair!) And oh my goodness the incision line looked amazing! I was prepared for something much darker and thicker and frankenstein looking based on all the before and after pictures I’ve seen from months of research, but these were so thin once they fade I doubt i’ll even notice them. He didn’t even recommend any expensive creams or strips, just some paper tape which they gave me a couple of rolls of.
Dr. Behmand gave me one of the highest quotes, but I’ve learned in life that you get what you pay for. And when it comes to something as life changing as cosmetic surgery, you don’t want to skimp out. I can say that even just 3 weeks post-​op the results were definitely worth it.

I’ve been waiting a long time for this surgery. I did a lot of research and decided to go with Dr. Behmand for my septoplasty rhinoplasty. I had the typical hump in my nose and a deviated septum. From other surgeon interviews I went on, Dr. Behmand bar far knew EXACTLY what he was doing and how to achieve my ideal look. He brought a picture to the surgery I had printed of myself with my own nose corrections of how I wanted my outcome so that he could get it just right. He is a perfectionist which is important when every millimeter matters. You won’t be disappointed and he is worth every penny. I finally have my ideal nose! Thank you Dr. Behmand !!

I have never taken the time to write a review before, but in this case, I feel compelled. Not only is Dr. Behmand an incredible plastic surgeon, he’s also just a really good doctor. I went to see him because I had a hernia above my belly button that needed repair and I was interested in getting a tummy tuck at the same time as the recovery was the same for both procedures. Dr. Behmand found a second hernia that my general surgeon missed. While my general surgeon quickly diagnosed me and wanted to schedule the surgery, Dr. Behmand took time to properly assess the hernia and in this case, found another hernia I wasn’t even aware of. And now for the fun part — the tummy tuck. After three kids it was needed and he did a beautiful job. I never realized my stomach bothered me as much as it did. Now I look at my belly and it looks better than it did in high school. I am 6 weeks post-​op today and I feel strong, my hernias are repaired, and my belly looks fabulous. Two additional things I should mention — my ob/​gyn who delivered all 3 of my babies and is my most trusted physician recommended Dr. Behmand. The nurse who worked at the surgical center also said (when Dr. B was not in the room) that Dr. B was the best and is known for how great his work is. I would see him again in a heartbeat. He is truly a wonderful surgeon and I’m so thankful I was able to have him as a doctor. Thank You Dr. Behmand!!!

I am beyond thrilled with the work that Dr. Behmand did for me! He is very easy to talk to, listens, and is super precise and professional. After 3 years and a few consultations, I almost decided against it — and then I met Dr. Behmand. The moment I walked out I knew I could do it and felt comfortable and confident with him. Ashley the patient coordinator is amazing! Always available for support and to answer questions. The entire office is incredible. I was impressed they offered insurance to cover any costs if a revision or the unexpected occurred within a month. I had never heard that before. But most of all… IT LOOKS AMAZING! So natural — actually I would describe his work as beautiful and pretty. I literally am so happy everyday, and feel like I lucked out with the best Dr. in the world! Best decision EVER!

I am so happy I chose Dr. Behmand for my breast augmentation procedure. I am almost 3 months post op and I couldn’t be happier with the results.
From my first visit to his office, to the surgery day and follow up appointments, I have been given all the attention and care I could have asked for. I had visited another well known doctor’s office in the city before choosing to go with Dr. Behmand, and all I can say is that his office lacks the pretentious attitude that this other office had — yet exceeds the other in professionalism.
Anna, Dr. Behmand’s assistant/​secretary, is an ANGEL! I would email her with any questions or concerns I had (and there were a lot of them throughout the process) and I would receive a prompt response back every time. She is so incredibly sweet and does such a good job at making you feel at ease with everything.
Also, trust Dr. Behmand’s judgment when it comes to size and what best fits your body. I went 50cc’s less than what he recommended (as I am very active and didn’t want to go too big), and although I am incredibly happy with my results, I know the size he recommended was perfect for my figure.

Let me start my review by saying, I am not easy to please… I have had Dr Behmand in the past year do quite a few upgrades to some past surgery. I have never had such a skilled, attentive and professional Dr work with me until Dr Behmand. I am extremely picky and like Dr Behmand a perfectionist… which is a wonderful characteristic as a surgeon but as a patient can be difficult to please, he was able to deliver what I asked for above and beyond. I encourage anyone looking for AMAZING work that is exactly what you asked for to consult with him. He will not disappoint! ;)

I went in for my consult and met with dr. Behmand. He was very professional and «real». I went for a breast augmentation and though I would also need a lift. Dr. Behmand told me I didn’t need a lift and didn’t try to sell me anything more than I wanted. Once I met with Ana in the office I was given my quote and she answered any additional questions I had. The whole office is a pleasure to work with. There was no pressure to book, it took me almost a year before I booked.
Once I was able to book I did and was very confident in my decision. I had to cancel the surgery, there was no attitude when I did. The staff was very nice and professional. I was able to rebook my surgery and was able to get in the same day I had previously cancelled just at a later time. Ana worked with me to get me in in last minute pre-​op and was so friendly.
I went with a little smaller size than dr behmand recommended, but I love them! Dr Behmand was also very happy with the results, and agreed with my decision.
I would recommend Dr Behmand to anyone looking to have surgery.

I am beyond happy with my secondary rhinoplasty with Dr. Behmand. After months and months of internet searching for a plastic surgeon that had great reviews and noticeably difference of the before and after pictures I chose Dr. Behmand and I could not be happier with my results! Dr. Behmand gave me the nose that I always wanted small, perky, and up. Its only been 2 weeks since my surgery, and I can already see a big difference even swollen (swelling goes down in 6 months to a year) my nose is smaller than my original nose! Dr. Behmand is definitely one of the most skilled surgeons out there. Staff is great as well very friendly and professional which is another plus!

Dr. Behmand is an amazing surgeon. He is so calm, collective and trustworthy. I had a mommy make over with him about 6 weeks ago and could not be happier. Money well spent. He does not cut corners and if you listen to his advice, you will not regret it. Even the nurses at the surgery center told us he is a perfectionist. I highly recommend him for any procedure, small or big. Staff is wonderful too.

I am a year out of my septorhinoplasty and I could not be more happy with Dr. Behmand’s work. I remember consulting with a few doctors before I saw him and nobody made me feel as comfortable to go through with it. My recovery was quicker than anybody I know and I am so incredibly happy with the results. Did I mention the staff? So sweet and attentive! I would highly recommend Dr. Behmand to all my friends and family.
