If I could give 100 stars I would give 101 and I could justify every single one of them! Tom is absolutely amazing! Thorough, neat, prompt, honest, detailed and knows what he is doing! He is knowledgeable about everything you could ever need and able to complete nearly any task around the home or yard. he will complete the job as if it were his own home; perfectly, and exactly to his impeccable standards. If the job is too big or requires a specialist, he will refer you elsewhere. you will never feel like he charged you too much. We have referred him to everyone we know and have never heard anything but A+ reviews of the work he has done for others, just like the A+ work he does for us.

We had a small project that was simple enough, but yet, two other contractors couldn’t seem to resolve it. It went from «need to contact the manufacture», (that’s in Estonia), from one, to «unable to find the necessary part», from another. Yet, when Tom Crespi, from Quality House Care came over, he took one quick look at it, and got it resolved, all in one visit.
Repair was done in a very timely manner, with the utmost professionalism competency, and friendliness. His punctuality was also most appreciated.
Tom and Quality House Care is more than worthy, and deserving, of a Five Star rating in the «quality», «service», and «value for money», categories!

These guys are great.
I had a few things around my office that needed to get done. Hanging a mirror, fixing a door handle that I couldn’t figure out… that sort of thing. I suck at these things. I’m basically the least handy guy around, and all the pictures in my house are crooked, with 18 nail holes behind the art. Fred came by, got it done, I don’t have to think about it anymore. The mirror is level and I don’t have to worry about it coming off the wall, the door works fine now.
I used them because I saw them repaint a bathroom at my girlfriend’s mom’s house which had been in shambles forever. Now it looks great.
Some handymen come over and you feel like they are living out of their trucks. I’ve met Tom the owner, and he’s super professional and straight forward. His guys are very clean, and extremely professional. I would have no problems leaving my keys and a list to my home and letting them clear my «honey-​do» list.
