Specialties

I specialize in Reverse Mortgages (HECM) and co-op financing. Buying or refinancing a home? Chances are you have a few questions. Probably a lot of questions. Great– because we LOVE questions! When it comes to getting money to finance your house, we have ways. Lots of them! Some of them will probably work for you. Like 3% down payment loans. Or our Elite Advantage program with ridiculously low rates for all you stellar credit types out there. We even have co-op mortgages (share loans). And if you hate mortgage insurance, we have Pay Advantage– a no M.I. fixed rate program for up to 95% LTV! So– do you know what you want? Or maybe need to figure out your options? Go ahead and call us. Answers are free!

History

Established in 2007.

The previous name of our company was Premier Capital Mortgage and we led the way in procuring mortgage financing for the co-operative homes in Rossmoor. Prior to our 2 ½ year preparation period and subsequent grand opening in 2007, home buyers who wanted to purchase a Rossmoor co-op paid cash. When we opened the way to financing, the 42 years of «cash-only» purchasing came to an end.

In 2013 we changed our name and our corporate affiliation and became Quality Choice Funding. We have expanded our mortgage lines to include more than co-ops. Today we finance co-ops, condominiums, single family homes, 2 – 4 unit residences and reverse mortgages anywhere in California. We can also provide FHA and VA financing.

Meet the Business Owner

Paul Sterling A.

Business Owner

Paul Sterling Arendsee has been a resident of the SF East Bay Area since preschool. He has owned his own businesses, served as a local youth and music pastors and become licensed in the real estate business in the fall of 1997. Having been in the mortgage business through its ups and downs, he has continuously worked in the industry despite the mortgage meltdown that wiped out so many other brokers.

He’s been married to his wife, Marcia, for 37 years (and counting) and has 3 beautiful daughters and 3 grandchildren he adores. Currently, Paul lives in Concord and enjoys the remaining challenges of the mortgage industry by helping people navigate their way through the barriers that extreme regulation has erected to prevent people from buying or refinancing their homes. Known as a patient and caring professional, Paul and his team love to work with home buyers at any level– first timers all the way through «last timers.»
