I have been studying for an exam & on the computer far too much for my neck to take! When I browsed Unilocal to find a massage therapist, I saw Pauls 5 star rating, and I can now say, it is well deserved!
What I appreciated most about Paul is that he really listened!
Paul was very in tune with where I was hurting & used just the right amount of pressure to relieve the pain.
He kept checking in with me to make sure the pressure was ok when he was working on the hurting spots, and just let me relax and enjoy when he was working on the rest.
The bed is warmed & the music is relaxing & soothing.
There’s a parking lot in back, and the office is cozy & quiet (unlike the chain massage places).
Paul knows his stuff and I HIGHLY recommend him! I’m definitely going back!

I have struggled with neck problems and migraines for several years. I found Paul on Unilocal and decided to give him a try for my chronic neck pain. After one session, my neck had completely released! Very impressed as I have never had anyone release my neck that much in ONE session! I liked how Paul worked the very intricate muscles on my neck in the occipital area. The massage was very relaxing but yet therapeutic. He uses several techniques; such as deep tissue, trigger point, myofascial release and Esalen. Paul has been a therapist for over 30 years and has also taught massage. Paul obviously does this work because he cares about the well-​being of his clients. He has great energy, a great sense of humor and is very down to earth. Coming from a massage therapist myself, I highly recommend Paul.

I have been struggling with body issues since 1992 and again in 1997 post two different car accidents. Also, post a cervical surgery, I ended up with frozen shoulders for 2 ½ years. As a result of all of these traumas, my body, particularly my shoulder region was left very stiff… too stiff for a dancer. I have been to many, many massage and physical therapists through the years, and Paul is one of the best. He has tremendous knowledge and experience with several types of massage, he is intuitive about knowing where to go, empathetic… and I have had results beyond what anyone else has been able to accomplish with me.
I would wholeheartedly recommend Paul as a Massage Therapist to anyone in need.

I have told Paul many a time, being an athlete, ex aerobics instructor, extreme skiier, and runner, I have experienced many bodyworkers, massage therapists and healers. Paul’s expertise in deep tissue body work and trigger points keeps me off of pain meds and out of the orthopedic office, as his intuition and deep knowledge of massage gets the pain out. I prefer deep tissue, but he can also do Esalen or other types of massage, just ask and he will gladly respond to your needs. No drama, no frills, and well priced. Plenty of parking and in the downtown area of Walnut Creek, easy access from freeway. I love Paul, I have seen him regularly for 3 years, and he has made a difference in my life and body

I was new to the area when I met Paul. I had been experiencing some new, never-​before-​felt mid-​thoracic back and shoulder pain which was also triggering anxiety and fear that something was terribly wrong.
I left my first massage experience with Paul, feeling both physical and mental relief. But what was more notable about the experience was that I was left with a feeling of spiritual re-​fueling… and for that I was grateful and continue to see Paul regularly.

I’ve been to many massage therapists, including in Las Vegas and Hawaii, and Paul Reber is the best massage therapist I have ever been to. He’s awesome! His style is swedish/​deep tissue/​esalen. He will massage you with the right pressure and take all the pain away. He gives intuitive massages and he truly has healing hands!
