Specialties
Mediation, Negotiation, Workplace Investigation, Training (including AB 1825 harassment training for supervisors)
We have practiced in the private sector (for Fortune 100 companies and boutique sole proprietorships), public sector, non-profit, and have taught and trained in both academic and corporate contexts in the U.S. and abroad. Our breadth and depth mean we offer insights and skills that uniquely serve the needs of your organization. We do not apply a generic approach to clients. Instead, we have particularized training and keen ability to listen to the circumstances and interests of each situation and to tailor our approach accordingly.
What separates us from others is our techniques in the psychological dynamics of negotiation and dispute resolution, including correlating negotiation styles with success, collaborative research on emotion, micro-expression and lie detection, and integration of neuroscience and decision analysis into every dispute or negotiation.
