Dr. Kenneth Hsaio is wonderful. He is professional, pleasant, on time and highly skilled. I would recommend him to anyone needing a urologist.

Dr. Kenneth Hsaio is an awesome physician & surgeon for female urogynecology! He has an impressive background and expertise in this specialty. Surgery was recommended & I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome.

His way or the highway. Does not seem to care about his patients.

STAY AWAY!!! I had Dr. Hsiao perform a vasectomy. I notified him during the procedure that it was hurting and he brushed my off. During my follow up I informed him I am in a lot of pain. He refused to accept the fact that it had to do with my procedure. After 1 year of being in pain and many visits to him without any relief I decided to visit another urologist. He right away knew what was going on and put me on meds that cured my problem within a month. He put me in a year of depression because I had constant pain and inflammation in my testicles.

Dr. Hsiao’s examinations, surgery and follow-​up were a role model of skill, expertise and respecting the patient. I can’t imagine how the results of his care and expertise could have been better, and my overall experience was exceptional in terms of trust, exploring options, and attending to a range of needs I posed that were often beyond the norm. He was always there for me, and acted with the most genuine concern for my welfare, coupled with a rare blend of humility and positive realism. And the health outcome speaks for itself-​I could not be more delighted. I recommend him and his medical care wholeheartedly.

I made two visits to Dr. Ken Hsiao, one at the end of July 2013, and a follow-​up visit three months later. I waited to write this until after the follow-​up visit. What I thought was a urinary tract infection turned out to be more serious. My «situation» was not a typical one, but one that needed attention right away. The good doctor spent the necessary time with me to figure out what was causing my symptoms, and after asking the right questions, was able to pinpoint the problem. He also dug into my past medical history (from 30 years ago) to help narrow down the problem.
Dr. Hsiao surely had the technical skills to help me with my issue. His bedside manner was terrific as well. But, again, what impressed me the most was his desire to get at the crux of the problem. He stuck with it until it was resolved (I think it might have made his schedule slip a little that day, but was I grateful!). At the end of the first visit (which was after my procedure) he gave me immediate relief, and he made sure I knew what I had to do to prevent this from reoccurring. He went over the prescriptions, how to apply, etc. A lot of doctors don’t take the time to do that.
Lastly, I should mention Dr. Hsiao’s assistants — they made me feel comfortable with what I was going through. Okay, let me rephrase that, they made feel as good as possible. Let’s face it, it’s a very humbling experience to go through a procedure like this. They were awesome.
I’m glad I’ve found an excellent urologist and staff in the area… in case I need help again. I highly recommend them.

Got a vasectomy from Dr. Kenneth Hsiao — I highly recommend him and his practice. I liked Dr. Hsiao’s confidence which reflects his extensive training and experience. He is easy to talk to and answered all of my numerous mundance questions. My procedure went well and I had a good experience with him as well as his staff.
