Awesome. Dr. Franklin gets down to business immediately upon entering the room. She really knows her stuff and is able to quickly and efficiently diagnose and treat your problem (s). As a bonus, she’s on time for her appointments – definitely a plus in my opinion, because I hate waiting in those cold-​ass waiting rooms for long periods of time. I arrived at 9am and was out by 9:45 – INCLUDING the time I was in the pharmacy. And yet I didn’t feel rushed or unimportant.
Also, I had a lot of confidence in her abilities. She really seems to know her stuff and went to Harvard med school. Highly recommended!
