With that said, I have decided to change my review to 3 stars for Mayday Dental Staffing… I was desperate to find a dental assistant for our office on short notice for one of our busiest day. I called Mayday because I wanted to give them a second chance. I spoke to Yana and she kept her promise as to waive the finders fee, and found us an asistant that could work the next day. I was pleased to know there was no ill-​feeling. Although we didn’t book the service yet as our employee arranged her schedule to come in to work that day, but I will give them a shot again when needed. Thank you.

I have been in the dental field for 16 years as an RDA. I signed up with MayDay and every single assignment I have gone as has been an issue. I have been sent to offices that don’t pay me for 18+ days after the assignment is performed, been yelled at and verbally assaulted by a doctor and most recently sent on an assignment that I contacted them for 2 straight days to confirm only to walk in with another temp from another agency because MayDay didn’t confirm with the office. I drove over 2 hours to get there. Then left to go to another assignment that blew up and ended up only being for 2 hours. Spent 3 hours driving and only made $ 65 for the entire day. Apparently there’s a 4 hour clause in their contract. Think they never enforced it to make me whole on my gas– NOPE! Lots of empty promises and I understand but no support for the labor they make their money off of. I’m finished with them. There’s better agencies to temp through. Also, don’t waste your $$$ they get HORRIBLE unqualified staff! Embarrassed to be associated with them.

Your staff continues to keep RDA’s busy with work assignments, which is very good and I have met some very nice Dentist and staff. Thank you for your time and consideration to send me out., you do seem concern for your workers, finding lots of work. This Agency is a very nice one to work for, i do recommend this company to any RDA’S looking to stay busy with work assignments and for perm positions. This company has provided us with great staff for the Dental Office that I help manage. The service is good and all of the Hygienist have been wonderful. Most of my interaction is with the Hygienist that we have come temp with us. The people at Mayday have treated us very well with what we need. Mayday dental is a great temp agency to work for I work for mayday dental and I always had work and pay is not bad, I got a permanent job thru them, I worked in a lot of places some on the dental places I worked for offer me a job, and I could choose what place I want it to work. This company is the BEST dental placement agency in California! They always find a dental office that meets your criteria!
