I have been providing tax advice and return preparation since 2005, and became an Enrolled Agent (EA) in 2008. EA’s are the only federally licensed tax practitioners who specialize in taxation and also have unlimited rights to represent taxpayers before the IRS. I have been a QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor since 2008 and achieved Advanced Certification status in 2012.

I received an MBA degree from UC Berkeley Haas School of Business, and have lived in Walnut Creek for almost 30 years.
Prior to tax and accounting work, I worked in the IT industry for over two decades, in a variety of positions such as Oracle database administrator, Unix/Linux sysadmin, programmer, and supervisor/project manager.
