My first visit with Dr. Craig went well, but after abnormal test results, everything went downhill. I was told I needed to come in every 3 months although my retest came out inconclusive. When I did come in for an annual exam, I was told I couldn’t have one (!!) because I had not completed 3 rounds of tests. Dr. Craig lost her temper with me when I told her I didn’t understand the need to keep testing. She refused to perform the annual exam, cut me off with my questions and in a raised voice told me that if I had any questions to book another appointment with her for 5 minutes because she didn’t have time to talk to me. What an extremely heartless and insulting doctor. I don’t know how she stays in business!

I had been going to Margaret and Elizabeth for two years prior to getting pregnant recently with my first child. I had always had problems with the receptionist being a rude person whenever I called. I couldn’t stand calling! When I heard her voice I wanted to scream!!!
When making my prenatal appointments the medical assistants were awesome, being so kind and nice to me, but once I saw Dr. Craig I couldn’t stand her cold ways of being. I am not married but have been with my boyfriend for 4 years. When him and I went in there for our first appointment, she asked us questions. Several times she referred to him as my husband! I clearly put on my paperwork that I was single! All though we are going to get married, we are not married yet! And her insinuating that really made me mad. basically I felt like she was stereotyping me.
THEN, on my next appointment I was being hounded to get a flu shot! And they made me feel as if I don’t get it, I will hurt my baby so much and will suffer the consequences. I don’t believe they practice well and I think they should be more considerate and have more care for their patients opinions and not believe only they are right. Good riddance!

If I could give a review w/​negative stars, it would go to Dr. Craig. Dr. Craig delivered my first child with out complications or fanfare. After that delivery, while I didn’t love her or feel like she was very compassionate, I decided to stick with her for my next pregnancies/​deliveries. If all had gone okay, perhaps I would give her 1 star. Unfortunately, my situation was incredibly dire and sad and I needed her to step it up and be extremely caring, supportive and gentle. This is so not Dr.Craig. In fact, once I decided how to handle the end of my pregnancy, Dr. Craig was rude and actually got mad at me because of my decisions. She wanted me to go to a specialist so that she did not have to deal with the delivery of a stillborn baby. Can you imagine? A dr. so ill-​equipped that she is more concerned about her emotions than that of a mother delivering a stillborn baby. Well, she didn’t really deliver my son. Instead, she barely came in the room, as if I had some sort of disease. Dr. Craig had the ability to make our sad situation a little more humane and she chose to care more about her work schedule and her feelings, than mine and my husbands. Almost 9 years later, I will never forget her words and actions but fortunately I understand those things were her issues and not mine. I would never recommend her and while she may be a knowledgeable doctor, she is not equipped to dealing with women’s issues!!!

I hate to be the first and only review… I called to ask questions and see if I could make an appt to meet the Dr. and see if I wanted to switch over (I don’t like my current OB). The girl on the phone was rude and didn’t listen. She said it would be $ 25 to come on in and meet the Doc, which is fine, but I would hate to have to deal with her each time I had to make an appt. NEXT! Sorry Doc, find a new receptionist.
