Our experience at Mancini sleep world was awesome. Karen was the one employee that we could trust and work with. Tosha was actually a nightmare. Karen assisted us and returning a mattress we were very unhappy with us and getting us into the proper bed for our personal sleeping needs. Karen was very awesome. Karen was very knowledgeable and the products and how to get the customer and get the right product for their personal needs. She is awesome she is the best.

This store is great. My wife and I needed a new mattress but have different requirements and through the great help of Randa we found it. All the staff seem friendly but nothing was too much trouble for Randa (and we were picky!!) and we got the (two) mattresses we needed. Highly recommend the store

Karen was incredible!
My wife and I went to Mancini’s after a stop at Sleep Train and the service provided was vastly different. With Karen it didn’t feel like a sale — it felt like someone was genuinely trying to help my wife and I get to the best result for us. There was no pressure and Karen helped us work within our parameters with care and patience.
I highly recommend this store and will tell my family and friends to talk to Karen should they ever be in the market for a mattress. You should too.

What an incredible experience buying mattresses and furniture! Randa Farah and the team here were complete pros! No pressure and they were so fair in prices! I just had a great experience this weekend at Mancini’s Sleepworld. A friend recommended I speak to Pete and I am glad I did. Pete was very patient with me and walked me through all of their selections of beds so I could make the most informed decision I could on a mattress purchase. He understood what types of bed would work best for my type of sleep and my budget and walked me through all of my options. His patience, knowledge of the beds, and his personality made this an easy decision for me. I am super happy with my bed! Thanks, Pete!

We returned yesterday to buy our 2nd mattress from this location. And the reason we returned and gave our business to Mancini’s instead of the sleep train is because of Karen. She is amazing, she listens and genuinely cares. We will never buy a mattress from anyone but her ever again! Thank you Karen Rolen for taking care if us for the 2nd time. Also the delivery guys were early which was wonderful and Karen worked her magic to get us the bed in the same day as my fiancé was having back problems. We will have to get in touch with her regarding and exchange as it turns out the mattress we chose is way too firm, but I’m sure Karen will take care of us like she always does.

Looked at mattresses yesterday with Pete and then did some comparisons at other stores today. Returned to chat with Pete since he had been so helpful yesterday. Darren Flanagan was a big help to us when we had to move. We have bought two beds from Mancini’s (mattress and box spring, both times). When we were purchasing our second bed there in July, I mentioned that we were moving in the fall and were not taking our old mattress/​box spring with us and would there be a way for Mancini’s to help with the removal. Since we were buying there for a second time and since we did not have a removal at that time, Darren marked our file to indicate that we would have an upcoming removal. Such a big help. What else were we going to do with a Cal King mattress and box spring that we didn’t wish to move with us across the country?! When I called Mancini’s, Darren set us up with next day service and the delivery/​removal guys were in and out the next day and got rid of our old bed free of charge. Go to Mancini’s for personal service.

Wow, we were IN the store for about 10 mins. Didnt know what time they were closing, clerk saw us but was busy doing something at the register (no problem), saw us testing the beds, and with no courtesy warning, just turned off the lights while we were still in the store. Wow, unbelievably RUDE. Thankfully there’s good competition within a 3 block radius, that’s where we’re taking our business.

Pam truly knows her stuff, extremely helpful and understood my needs once I explained what I wanted. She made me feel so comfortable that I didn’t hesitate to purchase right then, there was no need to shop around the whole day only to come back. I woke-​up that morning again achy from head to toe and said today is the day to shop for mattresses, but I dreaded the whole shopping thing and looking for the best price.
That all didn’t matter once in the hands of Mancini’s and Pam. She gave me a great price on the bed I kept returning after testing out all the many she had on the floor. She even offered to get me the floor model from another store to save me money! My bed awesome and no more aches… this is the place and she is the «ONE», thanks Pam.
Oh, did I mention they delivered that day, well evening — 9PM… who does that — Mancini’s does!

Mancini delivered the wrong mattress and took several days to get back to us on how we can get the one we ordered. During that time my 15 month old dropped a few drops of chocolate milk on the edge of the mattress and despite my efforts to clean the mattress there was a dime size stain.
The store manager (female, can’t recall her name) freaked out on us and kept threatening to leave us with nothing! At least leave us with the stained mattress right? Nope, she claimed they were a family run business and could not afford this loss… ummm we paid for a mattress, the wrong one was delivered, they never said we couldn’t use the mattress and as a business would have to assume any risk that the mattress (which we were using) would not be returned in brand new condition!
Anyways, we kept the mattress and the awesome thing is that we found out this mattress cost more than the one we ordered!

We really needed a new mattress so we went to Mancini’s. Pam our sales person was super helpful, knowledgeable and professional. My husband and I chose what we thought felt like the perfect mattress. The pricing was good, delivery on time, everything was great but it ended up just not being the right mattress for us once we were sleeping on it. Pam took great care of us and we were able to return the old mattress and select a different one. Again smooth delivery, paperwork etc. We now have the dreamiest mattress, absolutely LOVE it and feel spoiled every night! Thank you Mancini’s for the great exchange policy and thank you to Pam for the FANTASTIC customer service!
PS: Free parking behind the store so you do not need to deal with parking on Main Street.

2nd buy in 5 months. This time Pam helped us out. All was great. She was knowledgeable and easy to work with. The price was reasonable. Everything delivered on schedule. I got a combination foam and spring mattress called i comfort. I had not intended to get foam but Serta is not using pthalates and it is manufactured here in CA so I figure the VOC’s are not toxic, especially once it airs out.
The mattress has a 25 yr warranty so I hope the foam keeps its «fluff» that long (hah). We are good mattress rotators though.
The off gassing from foam takes a long time so if you ever buy a foam type mattress, keep that in mind because the smell gives me a headache. We are not using the mattress until it off gasses completely and have it in a room by itself with the window open.
Update: Since this i-​comfort mattress was just manufactured in San Leandro a week before it was delivered to us, it took 5 weeks to off gas. Really. But I checked the manufacture and it should be safe. I complained to Pam about it at around 3 weeks just before the 30 days for return thing (keep 30 days and if not satisfied they accept returns?). Anyway, Pam got in touch with Mancini’s higher ups and explained the problem to them. And she tried to get manufacturer on phone to discuss the long time needed for off gassing. Mancini’s said I could exchange but I waited and it all turned out great. Luckily I have a spare bedroom.
I love the bigger CA King. Fits my feet and my dog and cat, oh yeah, & my husband.

Karen did an excellent job meeting out mattress needs and the price range my fiancé and I were looking for. She educated us and introduced us to various styles of mattresses. Karen is very sweet, friendly, warm, patient and made us feel very comfortable. In the end we purchased a mattress and were very very happy with our choice and with the service.

AMAZING customer service, Ask for Pam Stinnette!
Pam was incredibly helpful, nice, professional, and thoughtful during our process of purchasing a new mattress. We had come in with our letter from the manufacturer (our mattress was still under warranty) and she made the whole process very easy for us. The letter said that the whole process would take 2 – 3 weeks for delivery and my husband’s back was already hurting for months sleeping on our old mattress. We were long overdue for a new one. Pam helped us get a new mattress delivered THE NEXT DAY and took care of all the paperwork so that we didn’t have to do anything. I can’t recommend her enough. We’ll be coming back to see her!!!
