Peter grew up on a small ranch in Northern California. «I grew up driving tractors and chasing cows.»

In college he became aware of the potential for real estate to generate and create wealth. Since then it has been his passion and pleasure to help buyers, sellers, and investors accomplish their goals with real estate.

Peter really helped with my business lease. He found a clause in our existing lease which held the land lord responsible for some of the insurance resulting in a several thousand dollar savings. With Peter being in the lookout we were able to determine renewing our lease was the best decision at the time. I like the fact that he is always networking and looking to help his clients and their businesses.
His integrity is what I most value. What good is market knowledge if you are concerned about the brokers motives. I would trust Peter with any commercial property business purchase or lease that I would be involved in. As a small business owner whose expertise is cars knowing there is someone just as knowledgeable about the local Contra Costa commercial market puts me at ease.
