HEAVEN!!! Just please be aware it is challenging finding parking here. Soooooooo… I walked in, I was warmly greeted by a beautiful angel, the beautiful angel has a name, Cici. BTW-I’m very drawn to Asian women, all Asian women here. So. the beautiful Angel welcomed me, then cute angel arrive and takes me up stairs. I was one thing in room that is no good during massage– a clock, so I inform the, she then takes the clock down.
That was only minor thing but very important to me, thank you cute Angel. Then the very pretty, gentle, sweet Angel, I will not tell you her name. Gives me THE BEST MASSAGE THAT I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY WHOLE ENTIRE LIFE. I signed up for a 90 minute hot stone massage. Let’s just say, because of some stuff that I’ve been through, I so needed this massage!!!
So…I was very much in need of this. I do a work out that makes me sore for a week after one workout. Just be aware that the English most of these Angels speak is just so so.
Back to the action. The pretty sweet Angel did an amazing job. She tells me many times to «relax», she was right, She, the Ange is there for me. If the pressure was ever to hard, or stones to hot, or cell phone make beep, I tell her, and because she is an Angel, she takes care of it. Yes, I’m only wearing my birthday suit. This doesn’t bother me, the Angel speaks to me and makes me comfortable around her. Her English is so so. I know this Angel has magical, healing hands. The Angel is the first won ever to give me a hot stone massage. The Angel talks to me, and I talk to the Angel. As I inform the Angel about my back, and saying to her that I’m sore all over, the Angel notices that. Again, the angel tells me to «relax» several. The Angel does nothing wrong, she wants me to be calm and peaceful. The Angel is enjoying giving me massage to, I could tell this. Let’s not think about time, but about the moment, and having the Angel giving me a massage in Heaven.
The Angel is very gentle, sweet, and kind. The Angel listen’s really well. I don not want this massage to end, ever, which obviously is a good thing. The presence of someone that divine has put me in a room so heavenly, I do not want to leave or get up, but, I do need to do this though. The Angel brings me water, I get dressed, and, well, let’s just say when getting dressed, the Angel comes back into the room, and well, I’ll let you fill in the blanks there. The Angel gives me the best massage I have ever received ever. I will be back again to say thank you to Cici Angel, and massage Angel. Did I forget to mention, this place is very clean, which of course is no surprise, this is Heaven, Heaven is NEVER dirty. Who would ever want to leave Heaven? With the tip the total came to $ 110.00. Can not put a price on a priceless massage.

I’d been working out and was feeling tense and tight, so yesterday I went to the Life Spring Spa for a one hour massage. I have to start off by saying they are conveniently located to the downtown area, right off of the free way, and there is free parking. The spa itself is clean, relaxing, and pleasant. I was greeted immediately and offered tea or coffee and a few minutes later I was lead to a very quiet, warm and pleasingly lit private room. I had a male masseuse and he was wonderful! His hands were very soft and his pressure was perfect throughout the massage. In addition to a great location and fantastic massage, are their extremely reasonable prices, a massage and facial for $ 100 — that’s excellent! They also offer Swedish massage packages — five 60 minute sessions for $ 235, plus 10% off if you pay cash. I highly recommend this spa to anyone who wants to feel refreshed, healthy and rejuvenated.

Wasn’t very impressed. Although this was my first time getting a massage I thought the hole experience would be better. Me and my boyfriend stopped by this place around 4:45pm. I wanted a Swedish massage and my boyfriend wanted a foot massage. We walked in and the lady at the front desk barley spoke English. Was hard to understand her. She talked is into getting a couples massage for 100 $ for one hour, which sounded reasonable for what I expected. She than took us into a room with two tables. And told us a male and female masseuse would be right with us. Service was quick. They walked in and didn’t not great us. Which made it completely awkward. I got the male and my boyfriend got the female. Did not get their names. My massage was mediocre. Painful at times. He was very heavy handed but I tolerate pain well so I didn’t say anything to him. As we were half way through the lady at the front desk walked into the room to turn on the tub that sat in the corner of the room that was meant for the next group coming in after us, which totally through me off because the faucet was extremely loud.
After about 35mins they stopped and walked out of the room to grab hot towels which took them awhile to come back. My boyfriend figured out massages were done after they walked out without saying anything. We waited about 7mins until they came back and finished the rest of the one hour. We were not impressed at all by the job that they did. The two therapists did not seem like they cared about our comfort or if they were even doing a good job or not. Honestly would not come back. I’m sure there are better places in the area where you can get more bang for your buck.

I just finished a 90 min massage with Selina and she did a very nice job and was friendly and pleasent to talk to. I like her personality and she was very professional. Overall I will return and recommend this place to anyone. The place is very clean and their equipment is very nice. Thank you Selina, very nice to meet you.

Not the lowest price in town, but staff was friendly and facility clean and comfortable. I paid $ 100 which I was led to believe was for 90 minute massage followed by a table shower. The massage was only 75 minutes and then table shower. I think I would return only if they ran a special, but only because I Am not from that area.

This is my favorite spa. I first found it when I wanted a last minute facial. At the time they had a Unilocal promotion for a $ 100 1 hour facial and free 1 hour massage. I was sold. And they were able to fit me in within an hour. I’ve now lost count of how many times I’ve come back. The place is pretty big. There’s a few rooms downstairs and even more upstairs. They always offer tea and water when you first arrive. My boyfriend and I have come twice for couples massages. The first time we did just the regular bath and massage. Their bath is awesome. It’s big enough we can both lay back comfortably in it and the jets are nice too. The last time we decided to do the tea bath instead. They offered us glasses of cider in the house. Because this bath comes with rose pedals in it we couldn’t use the jets. But it was still awesome having the roses and lavender oil in the water.
The other thing I love about this place is that when you ask for an hour massage, you actually get a full hour. I think they even sometimes go a little over. For the couples soak and massage, it’s supposed to be a half hour soak and hour massage. But both times we’ve ended up being there for just shy of two hours. I hate it when other places take their time before they even start the massage and then cut it out a few minutes early so you can get dressed and it turns into a 45 min massage. This place makes sure you really get every minute.
The prices are also very reasonable.

Great place! I had a one-​hour full-​body massage. Their facility is clean and everyone is nice. Selena was very receptive to what pressure I wanted during my massage. I have been there a few times and will definitely go back again. Prices are reasonable given the quality of service offered. It’s definitely not a high-​end spa but it does the trick.

My experience was good, I will probably be back. I called the evening before for a 10am appt on Wednesday and they were very nice on the phone, no problems communicating at all. They person I talked with offered me the choice of a male or female masseuse, I requested a male.
I arrived the next morning a little early, plenty of designated parking for Life Spring Spa only so that was not a problem. I actually liked the setting, free standing building, quiet area close to downtown. The place was clean, everyone was very nice, saw a total of 4 different staff members and they all were nice.
Forest was my CMT, he was great. I am here to relax so did not want deep tissue, he asked what type of pressure? I said light to medium and he was right on through out the massage. He checked in a few times with me on how I was liking the massage.
I probably won’t get the table shower next time. This was my first one and it was kind of weird, not their fault, just not for me. I am sure their are people out there that enjoy the table shower. One of their photos shows a hot tub, maybe I will try that next time.

This was my first massage and facial here! Highly recommended! Great service from the time I walked in. First having a deep tissue massage really loosened my stiffness and was really relaxing. Kathy did my facial and was very incredible. Very soothing and knowledgeable of skin care. I would definitely go back to Life Spring Spa for all my treatments in the future. Great prices and better service than average. You must come and experience this place for yourself. Will be back for another massage soon!

I stopped in to buy some gift cards for my friends and the owner Cici and the man up front were incredibly sweet. I had called ahead and they were super helpful in getting me all the information I needed. They even read off the different options of packages that I could get as gifts. When I came in, Cici helped me choose the right options for my friends. She also gave me 4 adorable birthday cards along with the gift card to go inside. She was SO sweet and helpful that I will definitely be coming with my friends to get a massage! On top of that, their prices are really affordable and the place was cute, convenient, and very clean!
Can’t wait to come back for a massage!

Me and my friend went on a few hours hiking yesterday, after the hiking we decided to have a nice massage before dinner. When we first walked in this day spa, I’d like to say that the reception here is accommodating, and the environment and ambience is really nice and spotless.
We had the body massage. I knew my body was tired but I don’t think I even realized how tired it was until the masseuse started working on me. (I forget her name). After we finished, we both felt like a huge weight had been lifted from our body.
I would definitely return for another day of relaxation! Highly recommend!

I got a body massage today with Eva and was really impressed with her massage skills! truly talented. she started by asking me what pressure i wanted, and actually listened, unlike some other therapists. The pressure was perfect and it was the most unique deep tissue massage i’ve ever had– many cool techniques i’ve never experienced before. And also unexpectedly awesome was having a great talk with Eva– she’s so wise, funny, and caring. I couldn’t have imagined a better experience!

I have had great experiences here. It may not look that spectacular on the outside but it’s very comfortable on the inside. Mimi has given me several massages and she’s AWESOME. I’ve probably had over 100 massages in my life and nobody has been better than Mimi. She provides a great combination of Swedish and deep tissue massage and she is also very friendly. She quickly figured out where I carry my stress and did a great job helping me relax. In fact, I feel great during the massage and after the massage. The front desk staff are also easy to work with. It’s a great experience for only $ 50 (+ a generous tip), which is a heck of a lot less than we usually pay at vacation hotels. Also, it’s a 100% professional massage!

My husband and I tried out the couple’s massage ($ 150 for 90 mins – Not bad!). The place is really nice and neat and the location is pretty cool too as it’s its own building. They took us in right away when we got there. They started our massages, very good masseuses and very skilled (Cindy & Wendy, I think). These ladies really dig into your muscles, so if you’re sensitive, make sure you ask for «soft» massage. I asked for medium and I was in pain during the back massage because the lady uses her elbow to really dig in to get the knots out! I was sore the next day! LOL. Other than that, everything else went real well and was worth the try. Will definitely try it again… «soft» massage, though.

Call the day off and was able to schedule two massage and facials for the same day. The place is very serene, clean and easy to find with free parking available. The massage was wonderful (Cindy) a mixture of European Deep Tissue and Thai. A real full body massage, so utterly relaxing.
The only reason I am knocking down a star is that they will try to pull a sneaky up-​sale on the facial without warning you of the price. You will think you are picking between basic types and you are not. They will not warn you of the price difference, you are already relaxed and are going to end up saying yes unless you are warned. You have been.
That being said. the facial was great and just what I needed. I just wish I realized I was going to be paying $ 95 for the facial itself plus the massage; instead of $ 100 for the combo massage and facial I booked.

Strange location being so close to the freeway. It’s deceiving from the exterior. But the ladies were wonderful. My massage was good. My facial was excellent. Myself, my sister and my mom all came together. It was a fun ladies day. I would absolutely come again. Nice ambiance. I want to try the rain bed next time! Can’t wait.

Called last minute and got an hour long massage by Cindy! She was awesome and listened to where my problem areas are.
I can’t wait to come back :)

Took advantage of the current special, $ 99 for an hour long massage and hour long facial. This is a great deal! Everyone was lovely and kind, and both my service providers were fantastic. They both spent a lot of time with me and provided a quality experience. The facility was clean and comfortable and the onsite FREE parking is a total bonus. I will absolutely be back & definitely recommend this place to other Unilocalers!
Constructive criticism #1: One of the workers must of reheated fish in a microwave or something because when I walked in the reception area smelled very ‘fishy.’ I love fish, but I don’t like to ‘smell’ fish if you know what I mean :) The rest of the facility had that lovely massage oil herby scent.
Constructive criticism #2: The heating pads on both my facial and massage tables were turned up WAY too high — warm and toasty for the first 10 minutes, hot and sweaty for the next 50. They should be kept on low — bonus, save on electricity!
Constructive criticism #3: The facialist should have asked me about my skin type, sensitivities etc… this is standard… but for the price, I can let this go :)

Today my bf & I went in for the couples massage plus Jacuzzi package that they have going on, and we loved it! In fact, we haven’t been this relaxed in the longest … still feels like heavennnnn
We were in a room all by ourselves that consisted of two massage beds, a sink, & the Jacuzzi itself. It was dimly lit, giving off a relaxed vibe. The receptionist who checked us in showed us how to use it, then she brought us sparkling grape juice & water — pretty nice touch. Once she left, & the tub was filled, we hopped in. It was very relaxing, definitely the best way to prepare for a massage (: We soaked for about 35 min, then we got out & got ready for our massages .
We ended up with two female masseuses — didn’t get their names, but the one I had worked WONDERS. I work in SF right on Pier 39, so my body goes through a lot of physical & mental stress dealing with all the shenanigans. She loosened up my shoulders, lower back, & got rid of the soreness in my ankles. My guy loved his massage too, & that’s a LOT coming from him since he’s a body builder. When they were done, we didn’t even want to get up. I’m typing this at home, & we’re still feeling ultra relaxed.
Definitely looking to book another sesh sometime soon!
