Since 1979, the Law Offices of John F. Martin has represented Plaintiffs and Defendants in a wide variety of employment, personal injury, and consumer matters. Our firm’s expertise is the representation of employees in discrimination, harassment, retaliation, denial of FMLA leave, and wage and hour complaints against their employers. We also have experience in education law, civil rights law, disability, and retirement law. Our law office also offers its services to students with grievances against their schools, victims of civil rights violations, and those who have suffered personal injury due to the intentional and negligent misconduct of others.

Senior Partner John F. Martin has over 34 years experience in litigating cases in California and Federal Courts.
Associate Attorney Marta R. Vanegas practiced at the Legislative Counsel in Sacramento prior to joining our office. She has a Juris Doctor from University of California, Davis School of Law. She also has a Juris Doctor from Eotvos Lorand Tudomanyegyetem and a Masters of Law from Central European University.
Associate Attorney J. Sterling Elmore graduated from the University of California, Davis School of Law, where she received the Order of the Barristers for excellence in oral advocacy. Prior to joining our office, Sterling served as a Certified Law Clerk with the San Francisco District Attorney’s Office and an intern with the Solano County Access Center.
