Established in 2005.

I began work as a certified intern at the Yolo County DA’s Office while I was in law school. I enjoyed working in criminal law, so after I graduated and passed the bar I volunteered at the Ventura County DA’s Office while I was looking for a permanent position. Contra Costa County Offered me a job as a Deputy District Attorney in January of 1994. I spent the next decade prosecuting everything from DUIs to homicides. In 2005, after over 12 years of working in District Attorneys’ Offices, I decided to open my own law office. In October of 2005 I opened my doors and I have been defending those accused of criminal conduct ever since. The office is located in Walnut Creek in order to be central to the surrounding Bay Area Counties.

I was admitted to the California State Bar in 1993. I have been practicing criminal law ever since. I spent over 12 years in District Attorney Offices prosecuting everything from DUIs and Petty Thefts to complex, multiple defendant gang homicide cases. In 2005 I left the public sector and opened my own law practice dedicated to DUI /​Drunk Driving and Criminal Defense. My goal in my practice is to use my experience and resources to help my clients through their legal troubles and into a court free, law abiding life.
