Huge kudos to the practice-​great customer service and excellent diagnosis of issues. My regular dentist could not figure out a tooth issue and had me setup for a root canal. Luckily, Dr. Jabbour solved my problem in less than an hour! Complete pain free living as a result-​thanks for your expertise and skills to correct my issue!

I’m fussy and hard to please. But this dentist office is so awesome that I can only beam. They did amazingly high-​quality work on me (which is the most important thing) and they are all incredibly friendly and nice. The billing folks up front know their stuff and made everything super clear. The dentist used the most high-​tech equipment I’ve ever seen, and was incredibly careful to ensure I experienced NO pain. Been coming here for a few years now and my experience has always been top notch. The staff is always extremely courteous and friendly and both dentists are excellent at what they do. They keep up with the latest technology advancements in their field and it shows. The practice is always kept in immaculate shape and I especially like the fact that once I make an appointment there is a link that is sent to my cell phone so I am always up to date on my upcoming appointments. On a couple of occasions I had to be referred to a specialist for a root canal and that experience was also top notch so couldn’t be happier with the overall experience offered by the practice and their network of dentists.
Friends and family have been complimenting me on my smile and I owe it all to the hard work of Dr. Kwon and Dr. Jabbour.

My husband and I had our first visit with Dr. Jabbour. And let me just say what a wonderful experience we had. The entire staff is amazing! Everyone makes you feel at home by being cordial. So happy someone recommended Dr. Jabbour when we moved here two years ago. The care has been excellent, and I can’t say enough about how friendly and responsive the entire staff is. Today Dr. Jabbour took a couple of minutes out of his day to look at a picture of my daughters gums (she’s studying abroad in England and was concerned about an issue that had arisen). He gave suggestions and assurance, all during a break between patients. Highly recommended.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Jabbour since, I think…2007 and I won’t go anywhere else (I moved to the Peninsula for 2 years a couple years ago, and still traveled back to here for my dental needs). The whole office is amazing– the front desk crew is great and always greet me by name and explains my coverage and bill information. The dental hygienists are all great and friendly and know what they are doing. Dr. Jabbour is awesome– he is thorough and knowledgeable and takes my needs and issues into consideration each time. I imagine still travelling here for my dental needs FOREVER… even if I ever move away again.

How refreshing to be shown what is going on in detail, and to be told what those numbers actually mean, and why they are important. I’m not a great patient — in typical male fashion I shy away from any medical procedures if I can. But I was warmly greeted, and treated like a person. I wasn’t judged, and I wasn’t made to feel like a neglectful fool. I felt cared for, and that’s a first. I was also there for an hour and a half while they consulted with me, and never once felt rushed. If I’d needed another half hour I feel it would have been willingly given. Can’t recommend this practice enough.

My whole family has been going to Dr. Kwon and Dr. jabbour for about 10 yrs now and I couldn’t be happier with them. This review is way overdue. The whole staff is so efficient and wonderful that they make routine checkup and any dental work a breeze. The front office is manage by Maria and she’s a godsend. We’re so lucky to be a part of this family dentistry.

This dental practice is AMAZZZIIINNNGGGG!!! From day one I noticed that Dr. Kwon and her team are professional. Photos were taken to archive the progress of my dental care… never done by other DDS. The team is very caring and polite. They listen to your concern and are willing to work with you… not take advantage as other DDS have done. Their facility is clean, up to date. They incorporate the latest technology for optimal care.

In this day and age where kindness is scarce and truly caring health professionals are even scarcer, this office is like a beacon of light in the storm-​tossed sea.
From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by genuine smiles and warm welcomes from Ashley and Maria, their receptionists. Then I had the most gentle cleaning by Mehwish, their hygienist. I have very very sensitive teeth and I was super nervous about the cleaning. When I told her of my sensitivity, she reassured me that she will use the lowest setting on all the tools, and said she would be very gentle. It truly was the most comfortable cleaning I’ve had in a long long time. The sensitive areas were only minimally tender and very tolerable! I couldn’t believe I didn’t feel much. Plus she was very thorough to boot. She was so good, I brought my kids in to have her clean their teeth, and they both loved her.
Dr Jabbour and Dr Kwon are also very approachable, warm and thorough and I love that they only propose treatment when it’s absolutely necessary. My son went in on an emergency basis as one of his tooth was hurting him. It turned out his permanent tooth was coming in behind his baby tooth, which was loose and painful. DrJabbour suggested for him and I to keep wiggling it to make it come out faster so his permanent tooth could move forward, instead of recommending that he pull it out and billing us for it.
I’m so glad i found a dental office with exemplary doctors and hygienist and that are ethical, thorough and gentle. I trust them with my entire family’s teeth!

Highly recommend! I have been going to Dr. Jabbour for a couple years, and I am always pleased with everything and everybody at this office. All the staff are friendly and professional. They use some of the latest and greatest technology, including digital x-​rays, «Cavitron» scaling, and in-​office restorations. All of Dr. Jabbour’s procedures have been pain-​free, and I have had great results with his work. Cleaning appointments usually have to be booked in advance, but I have been able to get in for an emergency visit with the dentist on the same day that I called. Also notable: My wife generally hates going to the dentist, but she too likes going here.

Today was my first visit at Dr. Kwon & Jabbour’s office — and from the time I initially called to see they if were accepting new patients to today’s visit, I felt so welcomed and so important. From the warm smiles, to the fine tuned customer service, (from literally the moment I walked in to when I booked my next appt and received a cool goodie bag on my way out), to the amazing technology and IN Depth conversation about my teeth, I was impressed. Although I’m not a fan of any kind of work, I feel better having had such a great initial experience with the «K&J» team. Thanks everyone!!! Can’t wait for the hubby to meet you!

Dr. Jabbour, Dr. Kwon and the entire staff are very professional and they get the job done! They are all very attentive; listening to my needs and concerns and addressing the best possible solution. Very friendly staff. Fees are very reasonable, very clean facility and they utilize the latest and state of the art equipment which is non-​invasive leading to a pleasant treatment experience. Their honesty and integrity is well entaked.

I had an initial appointment with Dr. Kwon yesterday, and had a fantastic experience. She was completely professional and knowledgeable, mixed with warmth and humor. I had lapsed in my twice annual cleanings for a few years after I moved from Oakland, and she gave an insightful diagnosis of my teeth and gums without hard selling any services. Her assistant Vanessa and the front desk staff were also so helpful and genuinely friendly! It’s a beautiful, comfortable office chock full of impressively modern technology and wonderful people. Happy to have found my new dentist!

From the second I walked in the door, I was impressed. The 2 ladies at the front desk were very friendly, offering me coffee or water as I was waiting to be seen.
I was seen by Dr. Jabbour for a new patient exam. He was super thorough and spent a lot of time with me, going over my x Rays and different treatment options. I was then seen by the hygienist. She was also very friendly and thorough.
I work in the dental field myself so my expectations are set high. This office, by far exceeded.

Trust is everything when it comes to your dentist.
My story starts with a routine checkup at another dental office. I’ve had no dental issues in the past. However, that office informed me that I needed over $ 4000 of dental work and asked if I wanted to start a payment plan, period. Needless to say, I walked right out of that office to get a second opinion.
At Kwon & Jabbour, I’ve had the best treatment ever at a dentist. And guess what? No $ 4000 treatment needed. Dr. Jabbour was polite and most important to me, honest. He explained my treatment options and my teeth are looking and feeling great. I now have my whole family getting their dental check ups here. The entire staff is kind and welcoming. My 9 yr old son is treated by Dr. Kwon and always comes out smiling.
