For the past four years, Luis has worked on developing the processes that he believes is important to each agent in order to ensure client success. Kinetic Real Estate is designed to be a full service real estate company that benefits from its many department by allowing sharing of information and trends between departments. Luis believes that all real estate is intertwined but only understanding one aspect does not give you the full picture of the market.

Business Owner

Luis Velasco is an alumni of California State University, East Bay. Luis graduated in 2004 with a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate Management. Since graduating Luis worked for Alliance and Ticor Title for two and a half years. There he obtained his knowledge for the escrow process, understanding the transaction life cycle, and the importance of clearing title properly prior to close of escrow. In 2005 Luis obtained his real estate license and began working for Calnet Real Estate Solutions. Then in 2007, Luis began working for Meridian Property Company a commercial developer based in northern California that had nine (9) medical office developments spread throughout California. In 2010 the company consolidated their services and Luis was laid off. He was allowed to outsource most of the company’s property management to a real estate firm which he would work for, Compass Real Estate Corp. For the past four years Luis has been owner of Kinetic RE.
