I went to John Muir’s A&E & was referred to Dr. Tseng five months ago. He was very friendly and attentive. He listened carefully to me and did cardiogram. He did not rush. He scheduled an appointment for echo which I had in two weeks. When I went to echo I had a good experience too. Man who did the echo was very friendly and attentive. He had said that usually the results were done in two days but doctor Tseng called me the same day and told me my test results. It was awesome since I was worried so much about my heart. Thank you.

I went to John Muir’s A&E & was referred to Dr Tseng. I found him to be a caring doctor who doesn’t seem rushed & was very informative. He was very patient & explained on his choice of medication for me, even giving me biology 101 lessons! He puts my concerns at ease & is very easy to consult with.
