Business Owner

Nancy graduated from SUNY at Buffalo School of Law. She then attended Golden Gate University and earned a LL. M tax degree. Nancy worked for a number of years in a small boutique tax firm in San Francisco and started her Walnut Creek practice in 1982. In 1992, Nancy started Mediation Solutions as a distinct mediation service provider in business and estate planning matters and provides mediation services to the Contra Costa and Alameda County Superior Courts ADR panels.

My highest level of recommendation, and most sincere thanks, to Nancy and her team! I had an outstanding IRS issue that I had put off dealing with. I had anxiety attacks all the way to her office for our first visit, but when I got there she assured me that we could handle this and outlined the exact steps I needed to take. My e-​mails were always handled promptly, usually having a reply within hours. She and her staff kept track of when we were promised information from the IRS and they followed up within days of when we were promised information or a decision. We only met with Nancy twice and we were able to resolve the issue, end a wage garnishment and get a significant refund (with interest!).

It’s been nearly two months since the sale of my grandmother’s estate and still there’s been no update by this law firm, even after calling to request one. I’m curious as to why Unilocal filtered out a previous negative review that also had issues with this law firm’s errors and lack of response.
