Great GENUINE, FAIR, HONEST, & friendly staff that genuinely care and make the experience as pleasant as it can possibly be, I applaud everyone that works for this organization and highly recommend to choose this facility to complete your required program.

I was just calling to ask what the schedule of times are so as to see if it could fit with my work schedule. The woman was so rude saying «you shouldn’t drink and drive, you need to prioritize between this class and your job» Really rude. Anyway, I’m aware of the fact that I shouldn’t drink and drive. Thank you very much. I didn’t ask her to cuss me out about my life choices, I simply asked the schedule of times. This woman is on a total power trip. Reminds me of that mean old nurse lady from the movie one flew over the cuckoos nest. Despite what she thinks of me I am still a paying customer and will now take my cash somewhere else thank you!!! She doesn’t know me or the details of my case and has no right to treat me like a child. I have already learned my lesson!!! She lacks the ability to listen to a full question before blurting in with her rude comments. Just because I got a DUI 5 years ago, doesn’t mean that I’m an alcoholic. It means that the DMV takes forever to process cases. RUDE, don’t go here. She’ll try to mother you. And not one of those cool moms, its more like one of those moms that you turn 18 and move out and never speak to again. The smother type. eek, me thinks not. I will take my $ 600 somewhere else.

You know, for it being a DUI school, which no one wants to be at in the first place, its not that bad. I actually got to the point where i enjoyed coming to Guy’s classes. We talked about real life, the things that matter, how negatively drugs and alcohol effect your body and life, and even had a few laughs too.

Long story short, before discharging me and finishing my 3 month course, Guy looked me in the eye and told me to always come there if i needed help.
I agree, I was a little intimidated by the few run-​ins i had with SK, however, she opened my eyes today, as i went back in after completing my classes a while ago. I did not stop drinking, even after my DUI. Actually it got worse.
I needed help finding a treatment center because i knew that alcohol and drugs cannot be in my life, and I cannot go it alone PERIOD. SK sat me down, we had a long talk and she told me what i needed to do, and opened her arms to give me a hug after wards. That meant alot.
My point is, it doesn’t matter where you go, if you are in the company of other clean and sober people, and you need help, they will always open their arms to you. Future Solutions is no different.

I would just like to recommend that no one goes to this place because of how unorganized they are. Shirley and Fawn are the worst people to work here. A lady by the name of SK is the WORST person for customer service.
I had completed by classes in 2008, they never told me that I owed $ 32 for a missed class and when I went to renew my license the other day they denied be because of this.
I called in and spoke to a lady named Fawn, she said to come on over and pay this fee and to bring a money order. She had mentioned that she would be there until 1pm. I went and took time off of work to get there at 11:45 and they were not even open!!!
I waited there for over one hour knocking on the door and no response.
After this experience they called me the next day and gave me attitude.
Do not go here they will screw you in the end!!!
