Lasik Co-​Management: We coordinate all of your visits for pre and post operation evaluations, and keep in close contact to best monitor your needs. Our office works with UC Berkeley Refractive Surgery Center and Turner Eye Institute.

History

Established in 1968.

Dr. Wayne L. Martin graduated from Pennsylvania College of Optometry in 1968 where he received the Clinic Award for excellence in Contact Lenses and The Practice of Optometry. On August 18, 1968 he realized his dream of Practicing in California by purchasing an Optometric Practice in Walnut Creek. Over the years it has grown to be the successful practice it is today and Dr. Martin has patients who come to him from the surrounding areas and several parts of the United States and the World. He and his amazing staff have helped many people to see and overcome challenges through Advanced Technology in Instrumentation, Glasses Lenses, Contacts and Lasik Co-​management. Many children with Learning Disabilities have been helped by Vision Therapy making it possible to do well in school. In 1985 For Your Eyes Only moved to its current location and added a Lab and the Extensive Selection of Designer and Fashion Frames so patients could also look great while they are seeing well!

Business Owner

Dr. Martin is the senior Optometrist in the practice. He received his BS degree from Ohio University and Doctorate in Optometry from Pennsylvania College of Optometry. He is a member of the California Optometric Association, American Optometric Association, and the Contra Costa — Alameda County Optometric Association. Dr. Martin practices full scope Optometry, having been in practice for 43 years-​with 25 years at the present location. His specialties include difficult cases of contact lens fitting, visual learning disabilities, and 15 years of co-​managing LASIK surgery.

Dr. Casey Wegenke graduated from the Southern California College of Optometry and has been in practice for 10 years. Dr. Casey practices full scope optometry.
