Yeah, anyone can read books and claim to know naturopathy. But it takes a special kind of emotional intelligence to make a doctor in the true holistic sense. And Dr Mundeir is one of those rare human beings who sincerely connects with you and passionately listens, prescribing lifestyle changes and miracle meds (all natural, needless to say) that bring about amazing improvements! My health is so much better now. So is my husband’s. I’m glad I found Doctor Mundeir!

I saw Dr Mundier a couple of years ago. She spent the entire visit looking things up in books and seemed very tentative and inexperienced.

Dr. Mundeir is great! She spent a generous amount of time with me, got a thorough history, listened intently and really seemed to care — something that is becoming more and more difficult to find in the medical field these days. She tested me for food sensitivities, and found many. I’ve eliminated those foods and am already feel some benefit. Still a long way to go, but I have confidence in her and in the direction we are going. She is an excellent compliment to my regular/​western GP (Maeve O’Regan, WCMC, Highly recommend her too!).

I wasn’t even sure what naturopathic medicine when I met Dr. Mundeir, but I’m an advocate now! I have been having stomach problems for years, and was tired of feeling awful all the time. Dr. Mundeir met with me for a full hour to talk about every aspect of my current health, and determine what the next steps would be. She walked me through every supplement she gave me, and explained in basic terms what was happening in my body. I couldn’t believe how much I learned from her that day.
I’ve waited 6 months to write this review, as I wanted to see how her program would work, and I am THRILLED with the results. Staying on her program was a challenge, but today I can eat everything without hurting, and I’m no longer lactose intolerant!

Dr. Mundeir is a wealth of information. I have always been a believer of treating the cause of health problems, not just the symptoms, and she definitely helps you with that. As a patient, I have gone to her for treatment once and the knowledge I gained about my own health is priceless. I learned that, most of the time, our health issues/​problems can be fixed through our lifestyle, very specific supplements, and herbs that help our bodies heal naturally.

Dr. Mundeir is amazing! I went to see her for a more natural approach to my health care. After discussing my concerns at length she suggested a cleanse. The cleansing process would help my liver to better rid the toxins in my body. I was restricted from caffeine during this process and I have never gone more than one day without my morning coffee in several years! It was drag myself out of bed and straight to the coffee pot for me on a daily basis. So when Dr. Mundeir said no caffeine I thought I was in trouble. During my cleanse I was shocked to find each morning I would wake up feeling like I was fully ready to start my day running right from my pillow with NO coffee! This was astounding to me. I felt amazing! With her instructions to follow, foods recommendations, do’s and don’ts and cleansing products, it was easy! A week after being done with the cleanse and I STILL have not had any coffee (which is a big deal for me) or any caffeine! I still feel AMAZING and would highly recommend Dr. Mundeir’s expertise to anyone of my family or friends! Excellent work!

I love Dr. Mundeir! She has been wonderful when it comes to taking care of my son and myself. When I first meet her my child was having ongoing ear infection and the next step was to have surgery. Both his doctor and I wanted to try to avoid this because of other issues and I decided to go a much more gentler route. After seeing Dr. Mundeir we were able to get my son on the right herbs and he has been ear infection free since then! She is very knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to helping treat my son.

Jaspreet really helped me out with a cure. I have some lung issues so that when I get a cold, that’s where it goes — for like 6 weeks. I had a mountaineering expedition to conduct at 10,000 feet altitude and one of these hit. She employed some remedies to remove the congestion, as well as some physical things like the «wet socks treatment» that encouraged my body to keep circulating through my sleep and clear up my lungs. The result: TWO WEEKS and my chest was clear. I backpacked and climbed up to 10,000 feet with no issues and led 12 young men to a successful climb of Mt. Ritter. Dr. Mundeir has helped me tremendously with a recurring problem of getting sick during stressful periods. The last time I started to get sick, we used the new treatment.
