Hi! I’m Lucas, a health enthusiast here to help you reach your fitness goals! And I like to have fun in the process :) I’m a Certified Personal Trainer through the «gold standard» agency known as the National Academy of Sport Medicine, (NASM CPT for short), and I’ve completed my Bachelor’s of Arts in Philosophy at UC Davis. I avidly read up on and listen to podcasts about fitness, nutrition, physiology, psychology and philosophy — anything to do with the human condition. My main goal is to apply my knowledge to help my clients feel and look their best!
