Dieting is one of the main causes of weight gain. Weight loss is not about following a strict diet, what is needed in most cases is a change in eating habits. Most people try this at the start of the year as part of their new years resolution. What makes them go back to their former habits is the lack of accountability, information and support. This is an integral part of my 12 week «The Brand New You» program. I coach my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and free of deprivation.
I also offer a 21 Day Whole Foods Cleanse from the comforts of your own home. This cleanse is a Whole Foods Detox and we will eliminate those foods that are known to cause cravings and sensitivities in our body like caffeine, sugar, processed foods, gluten, alcohol, soy, dairy and corn.
