It’s with great pleasure (and relief!) to be able to write this review regarding David’s services. I contacted David during a moment of (what felt like to me) a crisis while in escrow on a house. David was very calm and reassuring on the phone and made himself available on a moments notice to see me in his office. He asked me to email him all relevant documents and by the time I arrived to see him, David had already reviewed everything. David calmly listened, offered well balanced consult, and moved into action on my behalf in a very measured way. As a side note, this whole time I have my toddler with me and David was very, very sweet with her. Anyway, it was surprising (and I felt tremendous gratitude) when I got up to pay David for his services and learned that there was no charge for the first consult visit. After calling around and speaking to various attorneys, I knew I needed to hire David for his expertise, confidence, balanced way of thinking and working, as well as his responsiveness and dependability, and his humanity throughout the process… I can go on with the positive qualities about David. I hired him and was able to complete the purchase transaction smoothly, thankfully. I would hire David again without any hesitation or reservation!

My husband and I met with Mr Ginn today and very much enjoyed meeting with him.
He was very friendly and showed deep concern for our situation. I like the fact that he manages his own schedule and promptly returned my phone calls after office hours.
I was happy that he gave us the option of either: following his advice on how to proceed without his involvement; or have him handle the issue. After conferring for an hour we felt that all our questions had been answered and as we shook hands preparing to leave I asked him how much the fee was. There was no charge for this preliminary consultation. Thank you Mr. Ginn :-).
I recommend anyone who is having concerns about how to proceed with real estate transactions to consult with Mr. Ginn.

I did tell Mr. Ginn that I found him through Unilocal indirectly from another lawyer on Unilocal,and his ad didn’t come up when I search Real Estate Attorneys. He didn’t encourage me to look at his ad, but he said he had one and I certainly did look at it. I was very upset to see a free consultation offered on Unilocal when I just told him I was a Unilocaler, and he told me the consultation was at full price. He really thought I’d call back after that!!! He also sent me a letter asking me to come in now, for the free consultation, but I didn’t reply. I’ve already experienced lawyers like you, Mr. Ginn. When I told you I use Unilocal,and I DID find you through using Unilocal,you should have been honest about your Unilocal discount.
It appears a lawsuit may be in order, so more reviews coming soon.
