Established in 1997, the Law Offices of David M. Lederman is a law firm dedicated to meeting your family law needs. Our team consists of two experienced family law attorneys, supported by a trained and talented professional staff. We work together to provide a broad range of effective legal services for our clients.

We support and guide our clients through the difficult divorce process and, where children are involved, help develop workable custody and visitation arrangements in the children’s best interests. We are very protective of our clients’ assets and work to achieve fair property settlements. When necessary, we litigate aggressively to protect our clients’ rights and achieve their goals. We also represent clients in interstate and international family law disputes.

Mr. Lederman is a Certified Specialist in Family Law by the State Bar of California, Board of Legal Specialization. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Contra Costa County Bar Association’s Family Law Section and served as Section President in 2008.

Mr. Lederman was appointed to the State Bar of California, Family Law Executive Committee (FLEXCOM) in 2013.
