I have over 15 years combined experience in the Real Estate and Finance Industry. I graduated Hayward State in 1995 and began working with clients as a mortgage broker. In 1997 I began to focus my business on Real Estate sales alone. I am now one of the top agents in my field, and enjoy working with buyers and sellers throughout the Bay Area. Being a Bay Area resident my entire life I have an astute understanding of Contra Costa and Alameda Counties. I now focus my energy on listings, supporting my buyers agents, and the negotiation process before and once in contract. I have also enjoyed working with the banking industry on selling their bank owned homes. The trend in Real Estate has shifted over the last two years and has required many of us to branch out into this side of the business. It brings a tremendous advantage to every buyer in our network as they are exposed to my experience in negotiating with banks, as well as direct access to the inventory
