We just returned from a fabulous cruise in France Polynesia and the Cook Islands. Everything was arranged by this wonderful, full service travel agency. We had a family group of 8 — and all had the wonderful experiences we had hoped for. Cruise Adventures knowledge and expertise made it possible

If you are thinking of booking a cruise — I would highly recommend Cruise Adventures Unlimited. I live nowhere near Walnut Creek but my sister recommended Allison to me for my vacation to Alaska on the Ruby Princess in June 2015. Allison was so helpful in answering all my questions via email and on the telephone. The packets I received from her in the mail were sent in a very timely fashion. I was very pleased with our cruise and VERY pleased I had Allison at Cruise Adventures Unlimited!

I have been working with Cruise Adventures Unlimited for about 10 years now and they have booked almost every cruise my wife and I have been on, and that’s a lot, 21 and still going. Their knowledge of the many ships, airlines, hotels, cruises and destinations is well worth the effort to go down and sit with any of them to plan your dream adventure. They stay on top of the pricing to be sure you pay the current going rate and if the price goes down they make the changes to reflect this, they are the only travel company I know that works for you not against you. You will be pleasantly surprised how easy they make it.

Just returned from a trip to Paris and Nice with my daughter. On our arrival to the Belloy Hotel in Paris we found out that our arrangements made by Maureen had been cancelled despite having a confirming email from her.
Luckily for us they were able to accommodate us.
The price I was confirmed in the email from Maureen was double what the rate was. Needless to say I was very disappointed with Maureen from Cruise Adventures who made these plans for us.
As you may assume, I will not be using Cruise Adventures in the future nor referring them to any of my friends.

I have booked 4 cruises with Cruise adventures unlimited and have had a great time on each cruise. The staff has been wonderful and try to find you the best cabin for the best price. and im looking forward to booking another cruise with them in the near future.

When it comes to Travel, I definitely have the planning gene that kicks in many months before a trip starts. I’m also good a researching online and within the various Travel Book sources (Foder, Rick Steves, etc.). At the same time, I don’t mind asking for Travel Agency help and paying for it. After all, you can’t believe everything that you read on those multiple search results and a good Travel Professional is worth his or her weight in well spent Euros.
Allison at Cruise Adventures Unlimited is that type of full service Travel Professional. Gayle and I recently returned from a fabulous vacation in Northern Italy, of which we’re still raving about. Many thanks go to Allison for doing such a marvelous job helping me with options, providing specific insights, making contacts with various service providers, and ensuring that this trip came off without a significant hitch. My dear Wife would also add that Allison went «above and beyond» in handling my tendency to ask a lot of questions and «occasionally» change directions.
One interesting point is that although this Travel Agency specializes in Cruise-​related vacations, most of Allison’s advice was regarding the land-​based portion of our trip. So don’t let the name of this business deter you from asking for and receiving first class travel services.

They don’t only do cruises! I think their name is a misnomer because they have booked four trips for me and only one was a cruise!
I recommend Allison who I have used several times. She booked our honeymoon which was fabulous. We went to an all-​inclusive resort in Playa del Carmen, Mexico and it was awesome!
The second trip Allison booked for us was our first anniversary and we decided to just do a three day cruise to Mexico. She did a great job in booking. .. the cruise itself was a disappointment though. Don’t take Carnival if you are looking for a romantic weekend, plus I’ve heard three day cruises are more like party cruises anyway which I didn’t realize. I think my hubby and I discovered that we are just NOT cruise people!
The third trip we booked using Allison and CAU was to Europe. It was a big one. She had to coordinate six different cities over 18 days with transfers between each city and excursions in many of them. We went from London to Paris to Venice to Florence to Rome and finally Barcelona. That trip was FABULOUS! We had a wonderful time and it was so nice not to have figure out all the details myself!
The latest trip we booked was just last month to Costa Rica. We spent 7 days in Playa Hermosa/​Jaco in Puntarenas and 3 days near the Poas volcano in Guanacaste. Allison found us a beautiful villa and when there was a glitch with the owner reneging on the contract at the last minute, she fixed it and we ended up with an ended nicer villa! The resort near Poas was GORGEOUS, completely relaxing and we got to see such a different side of Costa Rica. There were a couple of snags during the trip but I was able to email Allison with questions and she got back to me right away and everything managed to work out.
I highly recommend using this company! They take all the stress out of travel! I know I will definitely use them again. Maybe Hawaii next time. .. or Nicaragua. .. or Belize. . so many places still left to see!

Our family became a customer quite randomly approximately 3 years ago. We wanted to take a cruise but needed the guidance from a cruise specialist. Well, our randomness paid off handsomely, when we met Valerie, the owner of Cruise Adventures. She is extremely knowledgeable about all of the cruise lines, and is very customer service oriented. One time, after booking a cruise, we found our cruiseline offering price discounts to newly booked cruises. Valerie called them and got us the same discount too! I highly recommend Cruise Adventures. They take care of you from start to finish and their prices are competitive.

This helped him zero in on what sort of cruise I’d like to take. He was extremely helpful and explained single occupancy, a base tipping fee, excursions, the shuttle that is offered from airport to seaport and also gave me some practical advice for while I’m on the cruise.
I received quotes for the cruises I was interested in and left knowing that I would be back to book my trip and sure I would have a fabulous time.
