Caring Solutions is dedicated to helping seniors in Alameda and Contra Costa counties. We provide the in-​home care expertise and the caregiver services required to allow seniors to remain safe and independent as they grow older in the home that they have lived in for years.

Since 2005, we have worked hard to earn our reputation for excellence in serving the seniors of Alameda and Contra Costa counties. Caring Solutions is the trusted choice of doctors, nurses and social workers. In fact, many of our clients are themselves retired health care professionals.

Since I founded Caring Solutions in 2005, we have been dedicated to helping seniors to lead a full life while remaining safe and independent in their own homes.

I make a point of meeting and assessing each new client and, if possible, the client’s family. If you become our client, I will meet with you too and help you to navigate the challenges that you may be facing. I am a Certified Senior Advisor and have dedicated my professional efforts to addressing the quality of life needs of seniors.

I have been a registered nurse for more than 25 years, having worked at John Muir Walnut Creek and various other East Bay health care facilities. My work has taken me through many specialized medical units — intensive care, cardiac care, perioperative care and general and geriatric nursing care. I am proud of my participation in the efforts of the California Association for Health Services at Home to review how home care is delivered and to set standards for senior in-​home care in California.
