For a small business these guys are a dream come true. The nature of my business dose not require constant IT support but when it’s needed time is of the essence. Alek my contact within the company is ALWAYS prompt when responding to an important email or situation.
Bay Area Tech Pros redesign our website and give me the tools and knowledge to make updates and schedule changes on our site. I can even make posts to the blog page which helps improve the social media element of our website. Also, Alek helps me with any tech problem big or small and doesn’t make me feel stupid as many IT professional have a tendency to do. On the contrary Aleks always has a good attitude and offers new ideas for search engine optimization and ways to improve our website.

I’ve been having trouble with my 3 yr. old Dell laptop recently– and it had come to a point where I’d decided to throw in the towel, buy a new machine/​dispose off the troublesome PC; I was assuming all along that the HD had gone bad– and to fix it wouldn’t be worth the time/​money I’d end up spending.
A colleague of mine recommended I try out OresTech and see whether they could prolong the lifespan of the computer minus any invasive surgeries. I’m glad I took his advice!
I spoke with Alex @ OresTech and described to him in detail the nature of the problem; he convinced me that the HD itself may not necessarily be the problem. He performed a remote diagnosis of the PC (for free) and correctly identified the culprit: some of the most crippling forms of malware.
The rest is history– my laptop is as good as new, and I am one happy customer. The fee that I was charged for the remote assistance & cleanup operation was extremely reasonable.
I would not hesitate in recommending OresTech! A+++
