History

Established in 2010.

Rachel Borrelli, owner of Salon Le Rae bought Mary’s Mane Attractions in 2010. Marys Mane attractions was a very well established salon that had been in business for 25 years. Once Rachel bought the salon she renovated and added three new hairstylist’s, a new nail tech that started in 2014, two makeup artist and two new receptionists along with the previous staff. Since then she has added more services to the salon. The salon now offers airbrush makeup, airbrush spray tanning, hair extensions and keratin and GK treatments. She has also grown her wedding department with three hairstylists that specialize in wedding updo’s and styling and two makeup artist that specializes in flawless airbrush makeup. They are all very experienced in the industry with great experience. Salon Le Rae will also travel to on site locations for weddings so you can enjoy getting ready for your special day in the comfort of your own home or wherever suits you best.

Business Owner

Rachel Borrelli has been a hairstylist for over 10 years. She graduated from Brio Academy in 2003. She started off working in a salon in Wallingford where she gained her experienced and then moved on to working at Peter Coppola salon in Westport. There so went through intense training in precision haircutting, coloring and dimensional highlighting. After working in Westport she decided to she wanted to improve her skills in updo’s and styling for weddings and proms. She then went and worked for Naomi’s Studio and Salon in West Hartford where she mastered her skills in creative hairstyling. She traveled around CT and New England doing on site hairstyling for weddings. While working in Westport and West Hartford she worked at Marys Mane Attractions just two days a week so she could keep her wallingford clientele and after four years of working at Marys she decided to buy the salon. Since December of 2010 Rachel has owned Salon Le Rae and continues to grow the business.
