If you follow their plan you WILL lose a lot of weight and you will lose it fast. I lost my baby weight (40 pounds) in only 12 weeks. I personally found the plan to be simple and was never hungry due to the high amounts of protein you are consuming regularly. The price is quite high though so this is not the place to go if you’re on a budget. But if you have limited time and unlimited cash, this is definitely the way to go! (Also note that anyone can shop in their food store, you don’t have to be on their program.)
