Curt Simpson began marketing and selling homes and land in River Landing, a world-​class gated community in Wallace, NC, in 1997. The business has now expanded beyond the gates so we can help everyone buy or sell a home, land or commercial property with the same professional service that Simpson learned to give at River Landing. I grew up in Beulaville, NC, and I have always enjoyed calling this part of the world home. I graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and I have been practicing real estate since 1997. My wife, Regina, and I have lived in Wallace, NC, since 2001, and we still love Southeastern North Carolina. You can expect professional service and a sincere desire to help both buyers, sellers and renters from Simpson Real Estate Group, Inc.
