History

Established in 2015.

Ben and Lei and their two sons moved to WW to open a coffeehouse in September 2014. As coffee roasters who are music-​loving, art-​appreciating, community-​building kind of folks, they envisioned opening a place where the community could come enjoy coffee,

food, art, and relationship.

In Jan. 2015, they bought the Cookie Tree Bakery & Café. In June 2015, we became Café Mosaic. Why «Café Mosaic»? Because

this creative art form depicts the beauty of collaboration in art, coffee, food and in community.

Over the next few months, we invite you to join our transformation as we become a café known for artistic food, friendly service and

a nourishing environment for connection and creativity. Why? Because we’re more than just a café. Be nourished.

Before I start, I want to say I am in no way shape or form affiliated with any sandwich shop in town, or anywhere for that matter, but I love sandwiches and I eat a lot of em… any way here it goes.
Graze is better, if you have the coupon from wallaholics I’d say do it, (BOGO, can’t beat that) but I wouldn’t pay full price for it. Small, ordinary sandwiches. Nothing special. Went in because I got the coupon and because I was curious as to how they were going to compare to Graze so I selected two sandwiches that Graze also offers. Got a pulled pork torta, and a turkey bacon avocado panini. Both were smaller than their Graze counterparts, and both were lacking in that certain something… can’t explain it… the sandwiches at Graze are just more flavorful. Both were just ordinary sandwiches. But on the other hand they offer a lot of other things there that I didn’t try i.e. Salads, soups, cookies, cinnamon rolls… So the other stuff might be worth a try but my two star rating is based solely on sandwiches. And that was my experience with Café Mosaic.
