Neral & Company, PA is a medium sized accounting firm located in Wall, New Jersey. The firm was founded in 1980 as a result of the merger of two firms which had been in existence since 1937 and 1950. We provide a wide range of accounting services with a large concentration in auditing. The firm has two Certified Public Accountant partners, and a staff of ten, which consists of five CPAs and five non-​CPA staff members (a senior and junior staff and three support staff members).

Neral & Company’s strength is the quality of its personnel and its diverse clientele. We are a major provider of services to the business community — commercial, not-​for-​profit and governmental entities.

Meet the Business Owner

Thomas N.

Business Owner

Thomas A. Neral is a shareholder in the firm of Neral & Company, PA. He has an A.A.S. in computer science from Brookdale Community College, a B.S. in accounting from Georgian Court University, and a MST (Masters of Science in Taxation) from the Silberman School of Business at Fairleigh Dickinson University. He is a certified public accountant in the States of New Jersey and New York. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants. Tom joined the firm in 1978 and has over thirty-​five years experience in the general accounting and auditing field and is currently the tax and managing partner of Neral, & Company, PA. He has extensive experience in all levels of tax return preparation. Tom is a member of the Tax Section and Information Technology Section of the AICPA. Tom is involved with the Planned Giving Council at Georgian Court University and is a committee member and treasurer of Boy Scout Troop 3
