I’m so upset, the first time my husband went here by himself and didn’t know to have them put starch on his suit and they didn’t tell him, needles to say it only lasted one time out and that was about $ 80. The second time was just for dry cleaning well they didn’t do that great of a job to start with. I payed almost $ 200 for five dress shirts and one Jacket which by the way looked like they didn’t even cleaned it. I should have learn then but when my husband just needed three pairs of pants taking up and my Jacket dry cleaned well he was in a rush and went back there. When my husband was getting his pants taking up they talked him into taking– in the $ 200 jeans that where new we just got them the day before and they didn’t need to be taking in at all but my husband is a very trusting person. Well we end up with all the pants looking like a five years old took them up but the jeans are what I’m so mad over, they destroyed them there were huge holes in all the pockets and by the label that fell half off and they ripped every belt loop, the seam on the middle by the legs was completely messed up and didn’t match and where they took up the jeans was terrible. My husband is very tall and need to order all of his jeans and dress pants and it takes weeks to get in they are a lot of money and that was the cheap pair and I can’t get new ones for two months. so I called them and they told me to bring the jeans in and they would fix them, when I got there the lady said we didn’t do that and I said they were brand-​new I just took of the tags before he came in and she told me you can pay to fix them you must have done that. When he went for all of this they talk him into drying all the pants too which messed up the jeans and the tag on them says do not dry clean and she told him it’s fine dont worry. On top of it all my Fur coat that I only used one time has a big rip in it and was not cleaned and smells so bad like someone who smokes was wearing the whole time it was there and it was a $ 2000 jacket. we had to pay $ 200 to get the stuff back to see what they did and they won’t even make it right, I’ll never go back there! I’m going to sue them for the dry cleaning bills and the fur coat and pair of jeans they destroyed. They don’t know I always take pictures before and after and I’ll never go back. these people should be a shame of themselves they couldn’t even make it right after about $ 3000 of busy and f up clothes, the women said she would on the phone so I had to take part of the day off from work just to go there to have her say you can pay for me to fix these and ripped the jeans and fur coat more looking at them and then said you did this yourself. it makes me sick to even give them one star it see you in court and I’ll be taking my $ 200 a week busy some where else! RIP OFF only cares about getting money out of you and not doing a good job, so please for your own good go some where else!
