Greedy, greedy, greedy! Explained that my insurance requires me to go elsewhere, but my doctor wanted me to be tested here. Front desk insisted there would be no difference in what I would be charged. Really? So why am I being charged $ 273 more than I would have paid had I gone where my insurer wanted me to go? It’s not like I didn’t have this conversation with the front desk prior to my procedure. Never, ever again will I step foot in this facility. For the amount of business my employer sends to this facility (and they know where I work from my insurance card), professional courtesy should have been given.

Worst billing Dept ever. Sent to collections almost immediately over bills I never received! Suddenly it’s on my credit! Absolutely the most unreasonable customer service I have experienced. Michelle (I think– head of billing) is rude to say the least, never mind no interest in handling/​resolving a bill I didn’t know about. She enjoyed it. The stress is not worth it. There are many other better medical facilities that don’t ruin your credit and cause stress beyond repair and will treat you as u are– a patient, not a checkbook. That’s just not too much to ask. Especially in this field.
