Terrible place! I have a Samsung dryer and called them for service. They were hours late, after telling me they were 10 minutes away. The guy had to order the part then come back to install, therefore paying 2 labor charges(again should have just gone through Samsung b/c its one fee for multiple visits). Then the next day a part inside the dryer breaks that helps spin the clothes and it was fine before the tech came out to fix it. I called right away and was told a labor price of $ 35 plus the part. So its now months later, never heard back, and was told today the labor was either $ 75 or $ 115…that’s outrageous… for a part that your tech guy broke. Everytime the person you speak with sounds groggy and not happy. I would NEVER use this company and will also post on FB and different groups to ensure that others know this is very poor customer service. There are plenty of appliance repair companies that provide much better service and show up when they say they will. I can’t say enough bad things… stay away. I will also report to BBB.

I too had a bad experience. Although we diagnosed the problem for them and gave them model numbers, etc., they came and agreed with us and charged us $ 85 before ordering the part that was needed. Before agreeing to the repair, we asked for the cost estimate and upon completion of the repair, they then charged us more indicating that we misunderstood them. They were never on time for either appointment. I strongly recommend using someone else.

HORRIBLE. The most unprofessional people work at this company. I will never, ever refer them or use them again. The manager and service person were to come to my home. They took 45 minutes to get to my home because they are so STUPID and couldn’t follow a detour. When they couldn’t find my location as they were driving in circles because they are so dumb, they were both screaming at me on the phone. Screaming at a women!!! I calmly hung up and said I will never use them again. Do yourself a favor and don’t call them because they don’t know how to diagnose a problem or repair anything either!!! The manager always sounds«hung over» and«groggy» and the service guy Clinton is UNHAPPY with his life!
