History
Established in 1977.
Charles and Kathleen Kuhn built the building in 1977 in the small town of Waldron in Shelby County, Indiana. In 1986 a 20 bed addition was added. Covenant Care acquired the facility in 2007 and did a complete building renovation in 2011.
Renovations included the addition of a state of the art therapy gym, rehab café and private rehab suites. There was also a remodel of the main dining room, nurses stations, offices and resident lounges and rooms.
